Vieste is 5 minutes away and has all the local amenities guests might need, including a popular food market (Mondays) selling local produce. There are also many good restaurants serving local seafood. For something a bit different, visitors can take a ferry from Vieste to the Tremiti Islands. These two small islands are part of the Gargano National Park. They are both wildlife sanctuaries and home to stunning beaches, which are ideal for snorkelling. The closest airport is at Bari 2 hours and 25 minutes away.
