Situated on the second and last floor of a small, quiet and private block of flats, with an adjacent shortcut, this flat takes you right into the heart of the town, keeping you out of the urban chaos. Two bedrooms, independent of each other and of the living room, with an adjoining bathroom, guarantee excellent privacy from family or friends. The living room, which is the ‘heart’ of the flat, is a real gem, very spacious and bright (facing south), lined with elegant parquet flooring, it opens onto a wonderful crystal table with six comfortable chairs. Thanks to the super leather sofa, the 40‘’ LG TV or the timeless board games we provide, you can spend an evening of relaxation and entertainment. There is also a windowed bathroom that has just been completely renovated in every respect, equipped with a very comfortable and spacious shower cubicle, sanitary facilities, hair dryer, shampoo and shower foam. The kitchen is independent and windowed, separated from the other rooms so as to avoid prying odours in the other rooms. It is fully equipped for every need: microwave, washing machine, oven, crockery and pots and pans, kettle, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine and all the amenities for those who want to feel at home. Parking is available in front of the accommodation (a rarity for Omegna). Without a car, it only takes a few minutes on foot to reach every need.

LOCATION:
Omegna lies at the northern end of Lake Orta, the most romantic of Italy's lakes. A decidedly fascinating stretch of water of glacial origin, it is one of the smallest and most characteristic in northern Italy, with a length of 13 km and a maximum width of 1.5 km.
It is precisely Lake Orta that offers suggestive bucolic views rich in woodland vegetation in which suggestive villages and hamlets follow one another along the Cusio itinerary with important historical-artistic testimonies.
ORTA SAN GIULIO, ISLAND AND SACRO MONTE One of Italy's most beautiful medieval villages with the beautiful island of San Giulio just a few minutes away by boat. From the main square, you can walk to the Sacro Monte di Orta di San Francesco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Omegna, with a beautiful crown of mountains in the background, is reflected in the waters of the lake and continues along the Nigoglia, a canal that, after a short stretch, also takes in the waters of the Strona torrent before reaching the Toce and then Lake Maggiore.
ACTIVITIES:
The Lago d'Orta ZIPline is located in Omegna in the village of Bagnella, near the sports centre. A jump into the blue, suspended above the waters of Lake Orta. A steel cable 450 metres long, 45 seconds suspended. A jump from a height of 60 metres in Free Style, free to move through the air and perform evolutions feeling the chill of the wind and listening to your emotions.
The beautiful beach at Lido di Bagnella is an integral part of the Sports Centre and, in the summer, offers a valuable and extensive stretch of equipped green space. At the Lido it is, in fact, possible to take advantage of numerous services for a fee: from the hire of sunbeds and umbrellas to access to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, from pedal boats to games, and the bar service.
To enjoy the tranquillity of Lake Orta and discover natural views of rare beauty, it is possible to venture out for an excursion by boat, canoe or kayak and reach the suggestive Qualba waterfall.
Continuing through landscapes of rare beauty, you reach Oira, a small village in the municipality of Nonio, where you can moor in a small port.
From the Omegna lakeside, you can reach Monte Zuoli, where you can admire the extraordinary panorama of Lake Orta and the surrounding mountains, and practice mountain biking.
