+ Gute Lage, authemtisches italienisches Wohnfeeling. Sehr geräumig. Gutes Check-in-Konzept. Sehr freundliche Betreuung. Kostemloses Parken. Pella ist ein angenehmer kleiner Badeort mit schönen cafés, Restaurants und Eisdeielen. - Die Kinderbetten sind wirklich nur für Kinder zu empfehlen (bis ca. 15 Jahre). Die Matratzen sind nicht so toll. Leider ist der Kinderbereich ein Durchgangszimmer. - Alle müssen eine Wendeltreppe hinunter gehen um auf die Toilette zu gehen. +/- Wir machen zunehmend die Erfahrung, dass in Ferienwohnungen in den Küchen vieles fehlt. Klauen die Mieter? Was fehlte, wurde uns allerdings umgehend gebracht (+) Tipp: Schön wären 1-2 Mückenschutzgitter. Wir haben eins angebracht und da gelassen.

Diese Wohnung wird von einer grossen Firma gemanaged, entsprechend ist die Ausführung. Umfangreicher Registrierungsprozess und wechselnde Ansprechpersonen. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Der See ist nah, Schwimmplätze sind jedoch nicht besonders nah. Ein bezahlter Strand und ein winziger öffentlicher Zugang sind in Gehdistanz. Öffentliche Strände sind mit Auto gut erreichbar. Die Gelateria gleich am See ist ausgezeichnet! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche jedoch sehr minimal. Wenn man nicht kochen will, ist jedoch alles da. Die Flasche Willkommens-Prosecco haben wir geschätzt.
