The property is ideally situated within walking distance of 3 local beaches: Vernazzola Beach (a 3-minute walk), Spiaggia Sturla (a 5-minute walk) and Boccadasse Beach (a 10-minute walk). The closest restaurant is within a minute's walk of the accommodation and there is a supermarket within a 3-minute walk. Genoa’s historic centre, (Centro Storico) a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest medieval quarters in Europe is a 15-minute drive from the apartment with narrow alleyways lined with ancient palaces, churches and bustling squares. Visitors can also explore the colourful fishing village of Camogli (a 25-minute drive), the beautiful beaches of Rapallo (a 25-minute drive) and the iconic harbour at Portofino (a 35-minute drive) each offering its own unique charm. The closest international airport is Genoa Airport (GOA) a 20-minute drive away.

Communication was very simple and we received clear instructions on the day of our arrival. The apartment is very close to the beach in a cute suburban area of Genoa. for parking, we received recommendations by the host. access was easy and the place is private. Equipped with everything you could need to be independent. We did get our money's worth and were happy with the location overall :)

Notre séjour c’est bien passé , apparemment situé à deux pas de la plage ! Cependant une machine à laver non fonctionnel pour notre part , une odeur de renfermé , du bricolage est à effectuer dans la salle de bain au niveau de la robinetterie et de l’écoulement de la douche. Sinon tout c’est relativement bien passé les hôtes sont réactifs au niveau de leur réponses par message

Location was perfect! Sadly Wi-Fi or fan didn’t work and even we wrote the host, they didn’t fix them during our stay. Apartment would need small fixes (example shower needed handyman). But overall with this location and this price it was okay Airbnb.

:-) - Posizione a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Vernazzola - Zona tranquilla, non particolarmente rumorosa - Supermercato / bar vicino l’appartamento - Cucina ben fornita con piano cottura, microonde, frigorifero, posate, piatti, pentole e mestoli (alcuni nuovissimi mai utilizzati) ecc. - Riscaldamento termosifoni - Asciugacapelli nuovo e lenzuola di ricambio ancora imbustate, asciugamani puliti e morbidi :-( - Polvere per terra e purtroppo nel divano letto (nonostante le pulizie fossero comprese nel prezzo della prenotazione!) - Cattivo odore derivante dagli scarichi del gabinetto (sciacquone del wc non molto funzionante, abbiamo dovuto buttare secchi di acqua) - Presenza costante di moscerini in bagno - Mancanza detersivi per la pulizia (a parte disincrostante wc), mancava oltre tutto il detersivo per i piatti, tanto che non abbiamo potuto lavare le stoviglie che abbiamo utilizzato - Mancanza Wi-Fi: lo abbiamo richiesto ma ci è stata data una rete inesistente in zona.
