The property is situated in the picturesque village of Bolognano at the foot of Monte Stivo, a 7-minute drive / 30-minute walk from the centre of Arco, renowned as the rock-climbing capital of Italy. Arco has a rich history with medieval streets, elegant villas and the town's most prominent landmark Castello di Arco (a 12-minute drive). The castle is perched on a rocky outcrop above the town and enjoys views of the valley and Lake Garda.
