Stupenda villa con ampi spazi e camere molto confortevoli. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, il salotto è spazioso così come gli altri spazi comuni tra cui spicca anche un biliardo. Ogni camera da letto ha il suo bagno privato e in aggiunta c'è anche un bagno comune. La piscina è davvero bella e curata, con lettini ed ombrelloni disponibili. completano questo meraviglioso quadro, un giardino grande e ben tenuto ed una veranda con tavolo e tavolino dove poter passare il tempo godendosi il silenzio di una zona davvero poco trafficata.

Casa molto accogliente e pulita, posizione ottima per raggiungere il mare e molto fornita come supermercati, ristoranti ecc. Il giardino e la piscina della casa sempre puliti e curati. Gianluca gentilissimo e super disponibile.

The villa was great. Fantastic size with huge garden and lovely swimming pool. I dealt with Luca at Happy Rentals and he was very helpful and made the key collection and drop off very easy. Luca also gave some advice for places to visit etc. I would highly recommend this villa and we will be returning in the future for sure.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation home, and it exceeded all our expectations. Happy rental, først tænkte jeg de skrev lidt meget... men de gik virkelig op i mit ophold. de var interesseret i at jeg var forberedt og fik der bedste ud af mit ophold. vi havde samlet for meget skrald. de hjalp os. vi låste nøglen inde i postkassen , de hjalp os. alt ved værtskabet må vi se var fantastisk. huset er perfekt , stort nok til to familier og mere til. dejlig med aircondition og køkkenet var virkelig lækkert. poolen , den er uovertruffen, top klasse. myggene i Toscana må man gerne udrydde efter vores mening, vi blev ædt. men det er ikke husets skyld eller værten. vi er meget tilfredse og kan kun give vores oplevelse den varmeste anbefaling

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Pallina in Massarosa. The villa is on a large beautiful property with its own private pool. The bedrooms are large and there are four large bathrooms in the house. The outside area is wonderful and we spent most of our time there. The villa is not too far from the beach with lots of amazing beach clubs as well as the cute towns in the area. There is a supermarket close by and some restaurants in the area. There are wonderful markets held daily in different towns all around the area. The property is taken care of by Happy Rentals. They were fantastic to deal with. I had all the information I needed even before I left for Italy. Getting the keys for the property was very easy. Any questions were answered right away and Gianluca answered me, no matter the time of day. We would not hesitate to rent from Happy Rentals again. Thanks for your great service. We really appreciated it.

Very big house and garden, with full facilities, clean rooms, beautifull plants - all as usual in Toscania. The hospitality of our guide was extraordinary - he waited for us, provided us with full information, including videos on how to operate the equipment, advised on restaurants, etc. How Schwarzenegger said : I'll be back...

Fantastiskt fint och rymligt hus. Poolen och trädgården var enastående, kunde inte varit bättre! Vi älskade allt med vistelsen!!! Rekommenderas varmt, finaste stället. Perfekt att ha som utgångspunkt för utflykter. Finare än vad fotona visade.

Es war eine wunderbare Zeit. Wir haben es mit zwei kleinen Familien sehr genossen. Der Kellerraum als Schlafzimmer ist allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten ein wunderbares Haus und Garten. Perfekt für Familien! Danke Leonardo!

Notre séjour c'est très bien déroulé. La maison est très agréable à vivre. L'extérieur est magnifique: la piscine, le jardin... C'est parfait quand il fait beau. La maison est très bien équipée notamment la cuisine. Tout était très propre. Nous recommandons à 100% ! Petit bémol: faible pression de l'eau dans les douches et odeurs de renfermé au sous sol. Ce ne sont que de petits détails, ils n'ont absolument pas affecté notre séjour et notre satisfaction. Léonardo est très gentil et réactif. Il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre arrivée et était disponible si nous avions une question. Merci encore.

La casa è grandissima e ben organizzata per condividerla senza “intralciarsi”. Tutte le camere sono grandi e tutte hanno bagno in camera. Il giardino è gigante e molto ben attrezzato. In un quarto d’ora di auto si arriva al mare. Non manca niente, dalla cucina ai bagni, fino all’attrezzatura per la piscina (compresi giochi e racchettoni per dire). La persona che abbiamo avuto di riferimento per il check-in/check-out è stata molto disponibile

June 2018 Our stay in Villa Pallina. We spend a fantastic week in the Viareggio/Massarosa area between 23 rd of June to 30 th of June. Nice weather and a high quality property, Villa Pallina. It was a nice Villa with a big terrace and a beautiful garden with flowers and fruittrees and a private pool. We liked the beautiful terracottapots! The property has a rural site so you must have a car to come to the shops, restaurants and the beach in Viareggio. It´s a good place as a starting-point for excursions in the neighbourhood. There is a lot to see in a few miles distance. For example Pisa, Lucca and the Cinque Terre area. We will thank the local Happy Holiday team in Viareggio, Giovanni and Jacopo, for their good information, flexability and friendly attitude. A special thanks to Jacopo who waited for us late Saturday evening the 23 rd of June to leave the keys and show us the property. We were several hours late because both delay of the aeroplane arrival time and after that one hours delay to get our laugage out. Highest report Jacopo! We will gladly recommend Happy Holidays and specially those in Viareggio. We will also recommend Villa Pallina. We will gladly come back. Greetings from Kalmar, Sweden. Frank, Sweden

check-in e check out un po particolari. Sono sempre stata abituati ad essere accolta alla villa ma non è stato un gran problema. La Villetta molto grande e spaziosa con una piscina mozzafiato e un prato enorme. alcuni fastidiosi moscerini/zanzare verso sera ma ormai è inevitabile. Letti per me erano comodissimi anche se qualche modifica di mobilio andrebbe fatta. armadi molto vecchi. abbiamo avuto un problema tecnico con un suono insopportabile che per fortuna non è durato molto e acqua fredda in una delle doccie ma tutto risolto in breve tempo. Andrebbe assolutamente cambiato il letto nello scantinato troppo scomodo. ho trovato ordine ma purtroppo le pulizie non sono ottime andrebbero migliorate. ho trovato sporco,ragnatele e pezzi di cibo sotto i divani. Per il prezzo della villa la pulizia deve essere ottima. Per il resto il giardino è molto curato e bellissimo. per l'immondizia consiglio vivamente di aggiungere al calendario 2 volte la settimana il multimateriale possibilmente.

Spacious property with great pool and garden area. Really suits a chilled family holiday. Need a car to get anywhere as no amenities in walking distance but we visited Lucca (30 mins) and Viareggio (15 mins) and spent lots of family time in the garden. We had trouble with the range oven, could only get parts of it to work which was a nuisance. Also, the basement bedroom is very cold and bed uncomfortable but as only 6 of us, we used the annex. Finally, you have to collect keys from an agency which is a 40 min round trip from the house.

Das Haus war Traumhaft, wie auf den Fotos. War auch alles sauber, man fühlte sich sehr wohl in dem Haus. War sehr erholsamer schöner Urlaub

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Italian house. There’s a lot of seating areas. The house was prepared and clean for our stay. The house has a beautiful garden and a great pool. The bedrooms in the house and annex were good, except for the bedroom in the basement. We didn’t use this because of lacking escape routes from the basement in case of fire. We used the shower there because it’s the only one with good water pressure. A heads up about the hunting season. We experienced a lot of shooting in the field next to us, and it was quite loud. The house doesn’t have basic kitchen essentials such as olive oil, spices and paper towels. We had to buy this and toilet paper. The kitchen is very equipped and spacious. We rented a car, no taxies available. Perfect place to stay if you want to travel around and see beautiful cities. Viareggio is the closest town and worth a visit! Happy Rentals were easy to communicate with and responds quickly.
