Wonderful family friendly place! Cosy home at great location near ski lift and bus station, that makes any pont of the town easy to go to /free of charge/, with the tradional features and athmospere for Alps. Our host Marco was great, supportive and kind. Village as whole is clean, sustainable and very well organised. Its so impressive our family dream to come again in summertime as well

Very nice apartament, cozy and clean. Silent neighbourhood. We always had a parking place. Good contact with the person renting us the apartment. He contacted us during the week before our arrival and sent some tips how to get on site and what to be aware of. We had also no problems with returning the key on the day of departure - could be done any time. The bathroom is OK - despite some opinions there was no problem to take a shower fully upright. There are no pictures on Booking but there are two separate bedrooms with two beds in each , apart the living room with the couch. One of these rooms is on mezzanine - children loved it, for adults supposedly it could be difficult to function there. To sum up - we were very satisfied with our stay in Arianna.

La vista è da cartolina e l'appartamento ha una finestra enorme super panoramica meravigliosa. Certo però va detto che per eventuali persone con difficoltà motorie... la zona Teola non è comodissima se ci si vuole spostare con mezzi pubblici. Questi ci sono e sono anche gratuiti ma c'è un pò da camminare per raggiungere le fermate del bus. Se invece si usa la propria auto qui si ha anche un posto auto coperto compreso ma utilizzabile solo da un'auto bassa (il portone del garage è molto basso, noi con baulone montato sopra non ci passavamo) ma fuori ci sono alcuni posteggi. I posti letto sono 6 volendo, compresi i 2 del divano letto ma 2 sono nel soppalco sopra alla sala che è basso e non adatto a persone non abili (scala ripida e senza maniglia), ma per giovani va benissimo. La casa è molto carina, un pò vecchia la cucina (no lavastoviglie) ma in generale carina. È al 2^ piano e non c'è un ascensore. Molto efficiente e disponibile il custode di questo e gli altri condomini adiacenti. È presente un bel caminetto ma senza legna (e questa ok si può comprare) e senza ferri da camino, quindi non è utilizzabile. Presente molto spazio nella camera matrimoniale come ripostiglio e presenti tutti gli accessori per la pulizia (detersivi, aspirapolvere, scopa, mocho ecc...). No lavatrice. Casa molto calda. Presenti tutte le stoviglie necessarie.

Bardzo klimatyczny apartament. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem odnośnie odebrania kluczy. 3 minuty autem (pieszo też spokojnie do zrobienia) na bezpłatny, niewielki parking pod stokiem (po stronie Mottolino). Skrótem 15 minut pieszo do centrum Livigno. Bardzo polecamy :)

Bus navetta gratuita, una bella vista e c'è abbastanza tranquillità anche con la strada vicina. Parcheggio disponibile gratis anche al coperto. Attrezzature cucina completa, anche se molto piccola e si fatica a girare e preparare. Ci sono tutti i prodotti per la pulizia, l' aspirapolvere e una nuova lavatrice. Bagno pulito e nuovo con acqua calda sempre disponibile. Accoglienza piaciuta, Sig Marco molto disponibile e gentile. Hotel bivio a due passi per spa, cene a buffet (€25 a pers.) o post cena per drink.

Marco is a very nice host with several apartments. However the apartment was very dirty when we arrived - dust every where in the bedroom and dirty kitchen utensils and old dirty kitchen clothes was left. We got a little refund but nothing that equals the cleaning g we had to do. Beds where clean and nice. No entry which makes the apartment very small and only a very small kitchen. No bathtub as shown on the pictures. You need a car here.
