Very clean and modern apartment. I was a sole occupier, but it could easily accomodate a couple. The kitchen and bathroom were both modern and there was plenty of hot water. The welcome pack included some toiletries, washing up fluid, cloths etc - there was even a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. I will book again!

Nice little efficiency apartment, it is a good size for one person or a couple. It does have the futon so could have more but it’s tight. There was the bare minimum of what you need in the kitchen to cook some basic meals so that’s a plus. Being next to the front door it was loud at times mainly when families were coming back from dinner and in the morning they would boot up on the stairs right outside your door. Not a problem if you are getting up early to ski but if you want to sleep in be aware of the shouting children alarm clock. The location is great right in the center of town so it is a quick walk to the train, shops, restaurants, garbage disposal and bus stops. You can catch the bus to grands montets but it is an easy downhill 5 min walk right to the lift. Check in and out does require going to the office a 5 min walk from the apartment which is slightly inconvenient compared to a lockbox at the apartment itself but not a deal breaker, they gave clear instructions on this so you won’t be caught off guard. Overall this is a great place to stay to see the chamonix valley especially if you want to be close to the best mountain for a powder day with some of the most challenging slopes,

Overall it was good . There could be improvements: I was expecting Wifi. Instead I was offered mobile internet. I did not bother to take up the offer as I already knew this was poor. I was offered an extra heater to make up for poor heating. In fact this could more easily have been remedied by installing new insulation for the sliding door. Finally the salt/gritting of the path was inadequate. Several times I slipped on the ice. However, the folk at the office were great and as helpful as they could be.

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Room is very clean. Kitchen appliances and utensils are generally well stocked. However 4G connection is poor in the building so wifi should be put installed. Also mildew on bottom of shower needs deep cleaning.

L'appartement est très bien situé à Argentière, à côté du télécabine des Grands Montets et proche des commerces. La vue depuis le séjour face à l'Aiguille Verte et à l'Aiguille des Dru est superbe. L'appartement est confortable et assez spacieux pour deux personnes. La literie est de très bonne qualité et l'ensemble a été joliment rénové. Je recommande le commerce "Les Seracs" face à la résidence pour la qualité de ses produits. Fondues et raclettes sont exceptionnelles!...Le seul bémol concerne l'équipement de la cuisine. Il manque un micro-ondes et il serait utile de renouveler et de rajouter certains ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent compte tenu de l'emplacement et de la qualité des prestations.

Les Drus 12 is a great wee place. It is really well configured for storage given its size. It is clean, comfortable, and well-fitted. The kitchen appliances are quite new and high spec (oven, good induction hob, dishwasher), good shower. Location is close to bakery, supermarket, ski bus, and you can walk to Grand Montets. Happy Rentals staff were friendly and efficient, esp at the local Argentiere office.

Overall very comfortable and well equipped. I would stay again. Some of the surfaces were very dusty when I arrived (dirty enough that I didn’t want to put my stuff on them) so I cleaned them myself.

The studio was very spacious. The double bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped (but no microwave). Bathroom excellent with walk in shower. The towel rail was next to a radiator. When you open the valve fully there is plenty of heat. There is a two seater sofa which would convert to a bed as well. There are two tables as well. The TV is ok but I struggled to make the channels work. There is a DVD player and a USB connection on the back of the TV if you want to take films on a USB stick? One thing to ask for when you collect the keys is the WIFI router (if you paid for it?). This device plugs in the electric socket and you use the code on the device to access on your mobile or laptop. I took electric plug adaptors with me and tried them in a few sockets without success. BUT, I discovered that the two sockets in the kitchen DO work so I charged things up from there. In the lounge/bedroom there is a radiator under a long shelf which is along the far side of the bed. I have attached two photos. If you lift the shelf up you see the radiator. It was never working even though the valve was turned on. I saw there was an electric portable heater in the lounge which was effective enough. I saw a review where someone said there was no broom or brush to clean the room. I discovered a cupboard which looks like a wall panel but it has three horizontal panels on it. If you open it there is a broom and vacuum cleaner in it. (photos attached) Otherwise, a great place and pretty quiet. A few local bars and restaurants nearby, supermarket and chemist. Train station is close and so is the ski bus stop. Happy Rentals office is a short walk (6-7 mins?) I'm sure it is more spacious than many studios and so I would certainly recommend.

L absence de wifi est très préjudiciable car le réseau est très mauvais. Il est donc impossible ou presque de se connecter même sur des sites de randonnées standard. On ne pouvait même pas charger les coordonnées pour rendre l appartement. Il y a une TV mais pas les chaînes nationales type la 2 et la 3 , dommmage pour voir la cérémonie des JO! L absence de verres constatée au départ a été corrigé immédiatement.. pour moi point noir réel l absence de WIFI

Séjour très agréable dans ce studio idéal pour 2 personnes. Propre et lumineux, nous avons aimé le calme de la résidence. La litterie est confortable bien que le matelas soit un peu déformé au milieu (seul petit bémol).

Very clean and modern apartment. I was a sole occupier, but it could easily accomodate a couple. The kitchen and bathroom were both modern and there was plenty of hot water. The welcome pack included some toiletries, washing up fluid, cloths etc - there was even a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. I will book again!

Nice little efficiency apartment, it is a good size for one person or a couple. It does have the futon so could have more but it’s tight. There was the bare minimum of what you need in the kitchen to cook some basic meals so that’s a plus. Being next to the front door it was loud at times mainly when families were coming back from dinner and in the morning they would boot up on the stairs right outside your door. Not a problem if you are getting up early to ski but if you want to sleep in be aware of the shouting children alarm clock. The location is great right in the center of town so it is a quick walk to the train, shops, restaurants, garbage disposal and bus stops. You can catch the bus to grands montets but it is an easy downhill 5 min walk right to the lift. Check in and out does require going to the office a 5 min walk from the apartment which is slightly inconvenient compared to a lockbox at the apartment itself but not a deal breaker, they gave clear instructions on this so you won’t be caught off guard. Overall this is a great place to stay to see the chamonix valley especially if you want to be close to the best mountain for a powder day with some of the most challenging slopes,

Overall it was good . There could be improvements: I was expecting Wifi. Instead I was offered mobile internet. I did not bother to take up the offer as I already knew this was poor. I was offered an extra heater to make up for poor heating. In fact this could more easily have been remedied by installing new insulation for the sliding door. Finally the salt/gritting of the path was inadequate. Several times I slipped on the ice. However, the folk at the office were great and as helpful as they could be.

That is was close to the train station etc restaurant etc the view …comfortable clean and I cook for myself…very nice of them to leave a bottle of wine …enough towels toilet roll….the only thing I couldn’t find was a iron ….a very quiet apartment to slept really good to …they was nothing bad I could say about it …

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Room is very clean. Kitchen appliances and utensils are generally well stocked. However 4G connection is poor in the building so wifi should be put installed. Also mildew on bottom of shower needs deep cleaning.

L'appartement est très bien situé à Argentière, à côté du télécabine des Grands Montets et proche des commerces. La vue depuis le séjour face à l'Aiguille Verte et à l'Aiguille des Dru est superbe. L'appartement est confortable et assez spacieux pour deux personnes. La literie est de très bonne qualité et l'ensemble a été joliment rénové. Je recommande le commerce "Les Seracs" face à la résidence pour la qualité de ses produits. Fondues et raclettes sont exceptionnelles!...Le seul bémol concerne l'équipement de la cuisine. Il manque un micro-ondes et il serait utile de renouveler et de rajouter certains ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent compte tenu de l'emplacement et de la qualité des prestations.

Les Drus 12 is a great wee place. It is really well configured for storage given its size. It is clean, comfortable, and well-fitted. The kitchen appliances are quite new and high spec (oven, good induction hob, dishwasher), good shower. Location is close to bakery, supermarket, ski bus, and you can walk to Grand Montets. Happy Rentals staff were friendly and efficient, esp at the local Argentiere office.

Overall very comfortable and well equipped. I would stay again. Some of the surfaces were very dusty when I arrived (dirty enough that I didn’t want to put my stuff on them) so I cleaned them myself.

The studio was very spacious. The double bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped (but no microwave). Bathroom excellent with walk in shower. The towel rail was next to a radiator. When you open the valve fully there is plenty of heat. There is a two seater sofa which would convert to a bed as well. There are two tables as well. The TV is ok but I struggled to make the channels work. There is a DVD player and a USB connection on the back of the TV if you want to take films on a USB stick? One thing to ask for when you collect the keys is the WIFI router (if you paid for it?). This device plugs in the electric socket and you use the code on the device to access on your mobile or laptop. I took electric plug adaptors with me and tried them in a few sockets without success. BUT, I discovered that the two sockets in the kitchen DO work so I charged things up from there. In the lounge/bedroom there is a radiator under a long shelf which is along the far side of the bed. I have attached two photos. If you lift the shelf up you see the radiator. It was never working even though the valve was turned on. I saw there was an electric portable heater in the lounge which was effective enough. I saw a review where someone said there was no broom or brush to clean the room. I discovered a cupboard which looks like a wall panel but it has three horizontal panels on it. If you open it there is a broom and vacuum cleaner in it. (photos attached) Otherwise, a great place and pretty quiet. A few local bars and restaurants nearby, supermarket and chemist. Train station is close and so is the ski bus stop. Happy Rentals office is a short walk (6-7 mins?) I'm sure it is more spacious than many studios and so I would certainly recommend.

L absence de wifi est très préjudiciable car le réseau est très mauvais. Il est donc impossible ou presque de se connecter même sur des sites de randonnées standard. On ne pouvait même pas charger les coordonnées pour rendre l appartement. Il y a une TV mais pas les chaînes nationales type la 2 et la 3 , dommmage pour voir la cérémonie des JO! L absence de verres constatée au départ a été corrigé immédiatement.. pour moi point noir réel l absence de WIFI
