The apartment was clean, equipped with most things we needed and the location is amazing. The only positive “pickup points” I can think of are that we; as a family; like to make at least one meal a day at home and with only one really big pan and one pot which do not really work together at the same time on the hob, not the easiest to prepare different meals. Not sure how well equipped the apartment was before but thought worth mentioning. Definitely recommend Mark’s place and would definitely try and book again for future stays.

The apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet. Although the apartment itself was a bit small (there were 5 of us), the location is perfect— walking distance to the town, train station, and other attractions. Check in and check out requires key pick-up/drop-off from the office which is about a 4 minute walk from the apartment, but clear instructions were given and the office is very easy to find. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Boendet var exakt som förväntat och låg väldigt centralt till hjärtat av stan, var gatan och det var enkelt att gå till Chamonix sud för att ta bussen till backen! Det var en väldigt rymlig och öppen lägenhet med många bekvämligheter, funkade helt perfekt för 4 personer. Värden var väldigt trevlig och svarade snabbt. Incheckningen och utcheckningen var även otroligt enkel! Rekommenderar starkt!

Ficamos hospedados 3 dias em chamoni Apartamento muito bem localizado, pequeno porém pra 5 pessoas nos atendeu perfeitamente, cozinha completa , limpeza estava ok Tivemos um problema com o aquecimento da água do chuveiro, estávamos em 5 pessoas , após o segundo banho tinha que esperar quase uma hora para mais pessoas tomar banho , mais foi um problema que conseguimos gerenciar se organizando No geral gostamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar e recomendamos

Excellent emplacement de l’appartement, nous avons tout fait à pieds avec 3 enfants. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver le garage au sous sol mais l’hôte a été réactif par téléphone . La literie est impeccable , salle de bain et toilette très propres . Belle vue depuis le balcon. Il manquait juste la wifi et un sèche cheveux.

Great location - the apartment is perfect for Aiguille du Midi and Mer de Glace. Lots of places to eat within a couple of minutes walk. Beds are comfortable and shower is powerful. Would recommend.

We loved this apartment! The location was so convenient to all of the attractions, the downtown area and the train station. It was spotlessly, clean, the pillows and bedding were comfortable, and the host even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us! It was nice to have the washer and while there was no dryer, there was a great drying rack. The communication with the host was excellent and they made sure that we had a good check-I everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this location.

This accomodation is serviced by Happy Rentals, which will require you to stop at their office in order to pick up the keys! Even though we took a bus from Lyon -> Chamonix, both the office and accomodation are found easily within walking range. You can tell that the place itself has had many visitors over the years just based on the amount of markings and such on the walls. But at the same time, it has certainly had modern renovations done recently - the bathroom, kitchen, and living area are fantastic. Note that my comment regarding the walls do not take away from the pleasure of the place, it is truly spectacular. There are two balconies from which you can view Mont Blanc and the mountains from, which is incredibly relaxing. And it's incredibly close to all the restaurants, hiking paths, and public transport as well. Perfect location, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. Tres bien!!

This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment, with a very well set up kitchen. The beds are very comfortable including the sofa beds. The support provided by the happy holiday group (rental management) was outstanding. The power went off when we were there due to a faulty toaster and they had a maintenance team there in 10 minutes and the toaster was replaced in only a few hours. The location is great too. It was small for our family of 5 but we knew that when booking and it worked fine for us. We would highly recommend this place.

The two-bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for our family of four. The kitchen was adequate for cooking basic meals. The views from both balconies were gorgeous.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location - very walkable to main street and Montenvers station. Although the listing said the owner would meet at the apartment for check-in, you actually have to pick up the keys from a lock box at the office of a holiday rental company. Something to keep in mind if you are travelling with children and a lot of luggage.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to downtown. Good accommodation for family up to 5 people. Only concern is the quantity of glasses and dishes. On glass of each type and limited to 4. Could take more care on the kitchen and higher quantity of detergent.

The apartment is close to the center of Chamonix and also close to the gondola. The 2 balconies are very nice and you wake up with mountain views! Only downside was that the apartment was not very clean.

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Spacieux et très agréable pour 4 personnes. La vue des deux balcons est magnifique. La place de voiture en parking souterrain de l'immeuble est très appréciable. Très bon emplacement, proche du centre et des divers restaurants ou activités. Petit bémol sur le ménage, le sol était sale et la douche bouchée ainsi que la vaisselle mal nettoyée (mais sûrement dû aux personnes venues avant nous). L'hôte nous a proposé de contacter l'entreprise de nettoyage afin d'avoir un vrai coup de propre ce que nous avions apprécié. À prévoir pour l'appartement, nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait quelques petits manques comme : du sucre, du café pour la cafetière à filtre, huile de cuisson ou olive et vinaigre, sopalin. Très peu de liquide vaisselle et de gel douche douche pour 4 personnes pour un weekend. Pour le reste tout était très bien, deux serviettes par personne à disposition, draps et grosses couettes. Je recommande le logement.

We enjoyed our time in Chamonix and overall the apartment was great. Very easy location for walking everywhere and we were fine without a car. The communication was very clear and accurate, but I would prefer not to have to sign into a company website for all information. I would rather use the Airbnb app that I already have on my phone and had booked through. I imagine it is convenient for the host, but it is less convenient for me. We had trouble with blocked drains in the shower spilling into the bathroom so had to clean up that and unblock the drain, but overall things were good. The kitchen was excellent to cook in and well equipped. Nice mugs!

Excellent séjour, appartement très bien placé. Petit bémol : une seule casserole et une seule poêle pour cuisiner qui ne peuvent pas tenir en même temps sur le feu. Pas du tout d’épicerie : pas de sel et poivre notamment. Appartement très agréable mais il est préférable de dîner à l’extérieur de ce fait.

A great stay for a few days in a very central location. The views of Brevent are excellent from the flat and the place was clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend.

We arrived very late and the clear instructions helped us gain access with minimal difficulty, it was the perfect size apartment for our family (2 adults, 2 young children). We found our way around the building very quickly and found having the parking underneath the apartment to be very useful. A quick walk to shops, restaurants and ski hire also helped make our time straightforward there. Thanks Noemi

Je conseillerais cependant de fournir un peu plus de matériel : ustensiles de cuisine (strict minimum), pas épice, pas de sachet poubelle, spray dans les toilettes … Mais pour le reste, top 👍

The apartment has a nice location and good potential for a pleasant stay. However, the overall experience could be improved with better attention to management and maintenance. With a bit more care, this place can easily provide a much better guest experience.

We were grateful to check in early so we didn’t have to pay to store luggage. The apartment was clean and beds are comfortable. The location in regards to our ski rental, bakery, and Du Midi station was perfect. As a family of 5 we found the kitchen lacking. The apartment only had two drinking glasses and one wine glass. It also did not have a kitchen towel, washcloth, or dish soap. The company did fix a clogged drain after the shower flooded the bathroom, but failed to provide new clean towels after we cleaned it up.

The location is great, but it is very clear this is run by a management company who does not care for your experience at all. You have to walk to pick up the keys a few blocks away, where the lady was quite rude. There were five keys on the ring with no explaination on which to use, so it took us a long time to get in. There is also quite a large cleaning fee, but they make you take out your own trash and strip all the linens. The place was not very clean- in the master bedroom there was a spill of something all over the wall. When we asked them about various things, we were told to contact the management company, who was really rude and dismissive (at one point told us our apartment didnt exist?), and when asked about a late checkout or a place to leave our luggage they were so unhelpful and told us to go pay for storage elsewhere. Overall for how expensive it is, I would stay elsewhere.

الغرفة واسعة وصاحبة الغرفة سريعة الرد ويوجد موقف خاص للسيارة ولكن الشركة المسؤولة عن الغرفة لاترد ولديها المفتاح الغرفة صعب الوصول اليها للضيف الجديد على البلد توجد رائحة غريبة فالمكان الانترنت لا يتصل بالهاتف وعندما سألت الشركة المسؤوله عن الحجز لاترد على السؤال رسوم التنظيف غالية ومع ذلك طلبوا مني ان انظف الغرفة بشكل كامل قبل الخروج .
