The home was located within a residential area of Chamonix. The home and grounds were well kept, comfortable and private. Hiking trails were adjacent. Bedrooms were small but comfortable and all upstairs. The stairs were steep and windy - could be a cause for worry to toddler parents. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed the stay at Chez Roberto.

A few minutes walk from the centre of the town but still Ina. Very quiet area. View of Mont Blanc was great and having a sauna inside the house was a great bonus. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Очень быстрая обратная связь и подтверждение за день до прибытия - спасибо! Очень четкие и подробные инструкции. Дом не новый, но состояние дома нормальное. Все недочеты жилья, которые мы увидели по прибытии были полностью компенсированы его местоположением, видом из окон, прекрасным садом и т.д. В доме достаточно тепло (он быстро обогревается), сауна работает отлично, кровати просто прекрасны, на кухне есть все необходимое (возможно, за исключением острого ножа). Техника в доме не новая, посудомойка не очень хорошо отмывает посуду. Мы были очень довольны этим выбором, пешком можно добраться в детьми в центр.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very close to the center of Chamonix. The house is cozy and authentic. Everyone of us noticed very comfortable beds. Or we just were very tired after our attractions 😁 Because all we had very good sleeps every night. Batthouse worked very well, thanks for it! Highly recommend this place. The only advice for tourists - you can take slippers, because at winter time it can be a little cold for your feets. We found a perfect weather, but probably it can be difficult to reach the house if there will be snow or ice because it will be slippery.

The charming house offers a cozy retreat complemented by breathtaking scenery. Kudos to the team for their prompt and excellent service! We are traveling with 3 kids. They are all extremely happy with the place. How to get there instructions is clear but since we arrived late and it was quite dark. So, it took sometime to find the right entrance. Only take 4 mins to drive in to town!! Great!!

A wonderful location, close to Chamonix centre with beautiful views. Sauna had instructions (only noted because previous reviews said there was some uncertainty). Check-in was easy with the lock-box in town and finding the apartment was not too difficult given the directions provided.

It’s a rental, place was as described. Only a small things to be aware of. The sauna cannot be used when the kitchen appliances are on. Not horrible, but it Would be nice to be able to use the kitchen to cook dinner while others sauna and settle down for the night. If you’re looking for a nice rental with privacy and a short walk to down town. This is your spot.

Lieux fidèle a la description est adapté pour un long séjour en montagne espace de vie spacieux et beaucoup de rangements ce qui est rare. Des places de parking choses également rare a Chamonix ! Utilisation du sauna inadaptée car il faut baisser le chauffage si on veut l utiliser.... La voiture doit être équipée neige pour accéder au logement.

The house was beautiful and had nice details, but there were some annoying points: 1) My parking space had another car parked in the middle so it took two spaces, I contacted the owner of the house and he said that we will contact the owner of the car but nothing changed during the three days. 2) The other thing was the slow response in messages. Other than that, everything was nice.

We had a lovely stay in Chamonix, the house was in the perfect location to reach the centre of Chamonix and to drive to many of the slopes. There was great views from the house and the bedrooms, the sauna was a nice spot to relax at the end of the day and the house had a fondue pot which was a nice touch! There was only a couple of negatives - the WIFI was a bit touch and go and the dishes, glasses etc had to be cleaned on arrival.

The house was perfect. Everything in it was working fine, including the sauna. The view from the rooms is beautiful and the staff is very helpful even at odd hours.

A wonderful location, close to Chamonix centre with beautiful views. Sauna had instructions (only noted because previous reviews said there was some uncertainty). Check-in was easy with the lock-box in town and finding the apartment was not too difficult given the directions provided.

It’s a rental, place was as described. Only a small things to be aware of. The sauna cannot be used when the kitchen appliances are on. Not horrible, but it Would be nice to be able to use the kitchen to cook dinner while others sauna and settle down for the night. If you’re looking for a nice rental with privacy and a short walk to down town. This is your spot.

Lieux fidèle a la description est adapté pour un long séjour en montagne espace de vie spacieux et beaucoup de rangements ce qui est rare. Des places de parking choses également rare a Chamonix ! Utilisation du sauna inadaptée car il faut baisser le chauffage si on veut l utiliser.... La voiture doit être équipée neige pour accéder au logement.

The house was beautiful and had nice details, but there were some annoying points: 1) My parking space had another car parked in the middle so it took two spaces, I contacted the owner of the house and he said that we will contact the owner of the car but nothing changed during the three days. 2) The other thing was the slow response in messages. Other than that, everything was nice.

We had a lovely stay in Chamonix, the house was in the perfect location to reach the centre of Chamonix and to drive to many of the slopes. There was great views from the house and the bedrooms, the sauna was a nice spot to relax at the end of the day and the house had a fondue pot which was a nice touch! There was only a couple of negatives - the WIFI was a bit touch and go and the dishes, glasses etc had to be cleaned on arrival.

Nice big house and everything worked as it should including the sauna. Very clean, tidy and warm. Excellent views. Very icy road and pathways leading to property, need to spread salt and improve outside lighting. Bit far out for ski lift.
