Location is great, place has a character. It would be good if they could put some small things for the money they charge like salt, pepper, sugar, slippers and more shampoos and shower gels.

Esperienza magnifica, il team di Happy.Rentals è super efficiente. La casa era esattamente come in foto, pulita e come descritta; non manca nulla nell'attrezzatura in cucina e per quanto riguarda gli elettrodomestici è ben fornita. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose di giorno. E' stata una vacanza bellissima e sceglierò nuovamente Happy.Rentals

Stayed here with my family of 6 and we absolutely loved this place! It's right in the center of town and so we can all easily do our own thing yet be together at any moment. The place is cozy, with all the amenities you need. The check-in process was a little tedious but you're given very clear instructions well in advance. Would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chamonix!

The place was just like the photo on the listing - so no bad surprises except it was a little bit smaller than I had imagined but not a big deal as it was big enough! We had little ones with us and they got some splinters from the wood when running around the place so worth noting (2 & 4 y/o). The sports bar outside is open until 2am and its a popular place it seems so can be somewhat noisy if you are sensitive sleeper. The place is right on top of the centre street so 1 min to the supermarket and other restaurants which was handy. Great view of the mountain too. The light system sensors are somewhat unresponsive or too sensitive sometimes. Would have been great to have been provided some bin liners and ample diswashing tablets/surface cleaner spray if you want the guests to continue keeping the place well maintained. The parking was relatively easy and plenty of space. Great overall

The place was great. Stylish and well kept. We loved the location - right across from a cheese shop and a wine bar and walkable to everywhere. The bed was super comfortable. Two thumbs up.

Séjour en famille qui fut très agréable, l’appartement est très confortable situé en plein de cœur du centre ville. L’espace de vie est sympathique où on y trouve une cuisine bien équipée. Noémie est restée disponible tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons apprécié notre week-end et y retournerons sans hésitation

The excellent: Astonishing apartment with top notch luxury accommodations im terms of bedding, linens, decoration, old wooden architecture mixed with ultra modern highlights. High end comfortable furniture, smart home features, outstanding entertainment center with 55’in curved LG flat screen and built in surround sound in living room. Bathrooms are a delight with great showers and towel heaters. Kitchen is absolutely fully stocked for making your own meals, it even has a second wine/beer fridge! Washer and dryer were a massive plus for long term travelers such as ourselves. The team was quick to respond to any request. The location is smack in the center of the pedestrian zone where all the action, restaurants, bars, killer shopping, and groceries can be found. Things to consider and areas of opportunity: Please keep in mind that this property, if selected for its central location, as with any central location one can expect to be in the thick of it. Meaning, you have a late night bar closing at 2 am and reopening at 6am directly in front of your master bedroom windows only one flight of stairs below. Add to that a grocery store right next door which while ultra convenient, has delivery trucks roll in between 4-6am to restock. That said, one cannot expect under any circumstance to experience silent sleep. You’ll feel like you’re in the side room of a bar while trying to do so. If you are aware of this and like us, choose location based on centrality, then this is something you’ll cope with. If you are two travelers you can opt for one of the other two bedrooms as well. NO AC. Typical of the properties in the region, this one does not have AC. We visited late spring as summer kicked in almost overnight and things got a little balmy during the evening. Opening windows was a challenge due to the noise below. Your choices for sleeping hours then being heat or noise. Cumbersome check-in: This is an area the property management could improve in favor of the customer. As is you will have to make your way to their office to pick up keys (in a lock box if you arrive after hours) then head to the property.. all in about a 20-30 min walk from point A-B-C.. If you traveled by train and are hauling a good amount of luggage as was our case, this part is a painful drag. Luckily I was able to set my wife up with a cold beer in hand at the bar across the train station to watch our luggage while I sped walked through town to grab keys:/ I HIGHLY recommend an easier check in system with a lockbox at property. Hopefully our feedback will help future renters like you. Other than that, Chamonix is a gem no matter the time of year and once you’re good with the realistic expectations this property does have plenty to offer in the ways of a good stay in town! ❤️Chamonix

Nice and Cozy apartment in an absolute perfect location within Chamonix, right on the main pedestrian street. Apartment includes paid parking in a parking lot that is about a 4 minute walk. there are a few stairs to enter the apartment (and the front entrance is a full glass see-through door. Would stay here again.

Excellent location and beautiful rustic interior in the appartment. Coatrag for skiwear was missing and entry to appartment was a bit challenging. Automatic lightning system was a bit unstable. In any case enjoyed every second of it.

This place is fantastic. The location can’t be beat, right in the heart of town and steps away from the grocery store, gourmet shops, bakery, bars and shops. The living space was cozy with a well equipped kitchen and nice furnishings, and we loved the master bedroom upstairs with the balcony that overlooks the street. It was perfect for our family of three. We were sad to leave!

This is a beautiful apartment and the location is fantastic. I would say it’s a little smaller than expected especially the 3rd bedroom which would be a tight squeeze to fit 4 individuals in.

Perfectly located, right in the centre of town. Spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect for our small family of four for our annual ski trip. Nearby parking was an added bonus. Attentive and communicative management agency.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of chamonix. Wouldn’t recommend staying in the summer as the apartment gets extremely hot and if you open the bedroom window the noise is too loud so sleeping becomes difficult. The automatic lighting is also not great and seemed to turn off every-time we entered rooms after a few seconds which became annoying. Can imagine it would be perfect in the winter or if you don’t mind sleeping in very warm rooms (28 degrees plus).

Appartement bien placé et bien agencé mais il y a un très gros problème avec l’éclairage et la gestion de la lumière dans l’appartement est vraiment problématique : les détecteurs s’éteignent trop vite, on se retrouve dans le noir au milieu de l’escalier, et les interrupteurs pilotent plusieurs zones à la fois, souvent de manière aléatoire. De plus, la présence d’une caméra avec détecteur juste au-dessus de la porte d’entrée est très désagréable.

Casa molto bella in posizione centralissima. Purtroppo parecchi difetti. In primis dover prendere le chiavi in altro luogo, lontano e senza parcheggio e stessa cosa per riconsegna chiavi. Casa affittata per 8’persone ma consegnato solo un mazzo di chiavi, rendendo la settimana difficoltosa nell’organizzazione. Porta di casa a vetro senza possibilità di oscurarli, rendendo la cucina e il soggiorno visibile dagli alloggi vicini. Illuminazione domotica complicata senza che nessuno la spieghi, trovati quindi con corridoio che si accendeva di notte ogni volta che qualcuno si muoveva. Stoviglie non complete, sicuramente non per 8 persone. Scale interne senza barriere di alcun tipo(lo indicherei x bambini..). Pavimento e pareti in legno vivo, bellissimo, ma non essendo trattato abbiamo preso molte schegge. Purtroppo, vista la splendida posizione centrale, la notte è’ molto rumorosa.
