This space is furnished with a large sofa, SAT TV and incorporates a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a Mokka coffee machine, and a fridge Sleeping Bedroom 1: A bright bedroom furnished with a stylish double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: A second double bedroom is furnished with a vintage-style bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3: A comfy twin bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Bathroom Bathroom 1: A full bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet. Bathroom 2: An external bathroom with a shower and WC, with access from the garden area. Additional • Pets Allowed (only small-sized) • Free Wi-Fi • High chair and Cot • 3 Sun Loungers • Private Parking Space • Private Garden • Rooftop Solarium - Washing machine Extra Charges If necessary, costs for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot. A Refundable Security Deposit of €200 must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Please note: Check-in is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon. Location The holiday rental is in south-eastern Sicily, in a quiet residential area on the coast between Donnalucata and Cava D’Aliga. It is perfect for a beach break in Ragusa as the sea is right at your doorstep. Plus, Spiaggia Pantano Arizza and a coast-side hiking area are also close by for those who want to explore the beautiful surroundings. In fact, the house, as well as the location, are not only ideal for those who want to enjoy the beaches and the sun of the Mediterranean, but also for those who want to easily visit the main tourist resorts and the most important baroque cities of the Ragusa area. Guests can easily reach the famous tourist destination of the region in 30-60 minutes from the property’s location: these include Donnalucata (all kinds of shops), Scicli (pearl of Sicilian Baroque), Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and the Vendicari Nature Reserve. Syracuse is about 1 hour and 15 minutes and the nearest airport is in Catania, approximately a 1-hour 30-minute drive from this detached holiday home in Scicli! For a carefree self-catering stay, food shops and supermarkets are located within 5 minutes drive.

Schönes Haus, überraschend gut ausgestattet! Alles da was man braucht. Auch Waschmaschine! Was Happy Rentals vorher auf Nachfrage verneinte. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir weniger Stress mit packen gehabt und weniger Gepäck gebraucht. Aber es gibt auch Bücher und Malsachen für Kinder. Tolle Lage! Terrasse etwas klein bzw. schmal, wenn der Tisch voll besetzt ist, wird es eng. Der Küchentisch ist ausklappbar. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer ist die Matratze nicht so gut, man spürt die Metall Federn beim Schlafen. Wenn man Wasser zieht oder die Toilettenspülung betätigt, geht kurz eine sehr laute Pumpe in dem Badezimmer aussen am Haus an. Auch Nachts! Man kann über den Strand 40 Min. bis in den nächsten Ort laufen, dort gibt es Restaurants und Gelateria. Sonst braucht man für alles ein Auto. Dafür ist man hier am Strand eher alleine. Die Gastgeber Massimo und Giusi sind sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle wenn etwas ist. Vielen Dank!

+ sehr schöner, gereinigter Strand Die Betreuung durch vor Ort durch Giusi und Massimo ist exzellent und sehr freundlich: Wir kamen am Ostersonntag nach einer sehr langen Autoreise an und wurden dort bereits erwartet . Alle Läden waren zu. Giusi und Massimo haben uns deshalb Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Überbrückung in Kühlschrank und Küchenschrank bereitgestellt. + Haus ist mit vielen Gebrauchsgegenstände des Alltags perfekt eingerichtet, z.B. Mixer, Folie, Abtrocknungstücher, Wachmittel, Haarfön.

Splendida villetta proprio sulla spiaggia. La casa e' stata consegnata pulitissima e i propietari sono stati gentilissimi e cortesi. E' stato un magnifico soggiorno, se non fosse che per arrivare alla casa occorre percorre una stradina di sabbia di 20/30 metri. Alla 4 insabbiatura (salvato dai vicini con badile) ho deciso di lasciare l'auto 'lontana' da casa. Questo ha provocato un po' di disagi (spesa, cambio scarpe quando si usciva a cena etc etc) e quindi sarebbe utile segnalare la problematica sul sito, se cosi' fosse stato sarei venuto con l'altra auto che e' un 4x4. Comunque la location, la bellezza e comodita' della casa ha mitigato il piccolo disagio. Concludendo, devo dire che e' una delle migliori villette dove ho soggiornato.

Incredible location, could not be better. Perfect sandy beach with warm shallow water for our children to play. Great base to explore beautiful Scicli, Modica and Ragusa. Gorgeous part of the world. Lovely, helpful hosts who even took us to see their son’s paediatrician when our 8 month old baby fell ill.
