Ski right up to your front door at this large apartment on the second floor of a traditional style residence. This spacious, homely apartment sleeps 6 people in comfort. The sunny kitchen/dining/living area has a dining table for 6 people with corner banquette seating. The extensive, wooden kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and coffee machine. Sleeping Bedroom 1: A bright, corner room with 2 joined single beds, a Smart TV and large French windows, leading out to a private balcony with stunning mountain views. Bedroom 2: A large corner bedroom with contemporary décor, warm wooden floors and beautiful views. There are 2 joined single beds and a large wardrobe. Bedroom 3: A cosy bedroom with a classic wooden double bed and an extensive wardrobe. Bathroom A bright bathroom, with another gorgeous mountain view, equipped with a shower, bidet, basin and WC. Additional • Private balcony • Washing machine & laundry facilities • Free Wi-fi • Ski storage & Ski-boot Heater • Private parking for 2 cars • Indoor bicycle storage • Location This residence is in a quiet but central part of Livigno, so a car is not essential. It is close to the ski slopes and the ski lift. Livigno has a multitude of activities all year round. The resort has 2 parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (5 minute drive), and the Carosello 3000 park (3 minute drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding. In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside, including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and high mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park. Livigno has much to offer in terms of apres-ski activities, with excellent restaurants and some tax free shopping. For something more relaxing the Aquagranda Wellness Centre (6-minute drive) has a mini-water park for children, fitness and spa treatments for adults. Both Linate and Malpensa airports, Milan are a 3 hour and 50-minute drive from the apartment.

We stayed in San Rocco for a month. Marco was an excellent host, extremely responsive and friendly. The accommodation was appropriate for 6 people, with everything that we needed to live comfortably provided. The location was good for a longer term stay - an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops in San Rocco and a longer walk to main town livigno. For skiing, there was an easy walk to a linking lift and you could ski back to the house, whilst the bus stop was very close if you want to go to Mottolino. Thankyou for having us Marco!

Great property just off the slopes, easy to ski back in, short walk to doss to ski over. Large enough for 6 adults, lovely traditional Italian apartment. Would defiantly go back, had a wonderful Christmas stay, the apartment even had Christmas decorations which was a lovely touch!

This was 3rd time that we have stayed in Marco’s managed properties in Livigno, this must tell the story. The apartment is clean and cozy 3 separate bedroom place, ideal for 3 couples or large family. There is a ski lift some 200 meters from the house, you can get to Carusello lift in 5 minutes. You can ski back right into the yard, take your skis off and store in equipped, private ski room. Apartment is not really in the very town center, but there are lots of stores, restaurants, grocery shops around and everything is walkable distance. If you don’t fancy walking, a free skibus is 5min walk from porch. If I need to find a single con, then it was plastic dishes. I totally understand the practicality in rental, but I would appreciate normal dishes. But this is minor. I would come here again without much thinking. Very good, thanks Marco.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Silvia, Marco was incredibly helpful and welcoming when we arrived. The apartment is a little more dated than the current photos suggest. It is possible to access the Doss lift (18) from behind the apartment but quite challenging to ski/walk in the uncompacted snow there. It is a short walk to a number of lovely restaurants. Overall we had a lovely trip and a great time in Livigno.

The location of this place is perfect! Perfect location to the shops and restaurants as well as all amenities. The bus stop was close and we were able to ski right to our house as well as get to all the ski slopes so easily. The place felt a little smaller than the pictures and it is a little outdated but otherwise lovely stay!

It is very difficult to find a 3 bedroom apartment with a washing machine and this checks those boxes. The apartment is set back from the Main Street and behind it is a working farm that the kids loved to watch the cows come in for their milking. It is very convenient to the local grocery store and with a little updating on cooking supplies would be an excellent place to enjoy for a week.

Great position for ski in, ski out. Very clean and fresh smell when we arrived. Pictures of the apartment did not quite match the reality - a bit more “used” and old. But for the price, its okay. No regular coffee maschine. Marco did a super job, as a host.
