A chic city retreat in the centre of Lugano. On the first floor of a smart apartment block, this one-bedroom flat sleeps 4 people. It is the perfect choice for a family holiday or a working trip to the beautiful city of Lugano. The wooden-floored, air-conditioned apartment is arranged around a central hallway. The living room has a large window and a glass door, leading onto a balcony overlooking the street. There is a comfortable sofa (which converts into a double bed), a large Smart TV and a contemporary dining table with 4 chairs. The sleek, modern, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bright master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, stylish storage, a large desk and a chair, as a workstation. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. Bathroom A separate bathroom, next to the bedroom, with a glass shower, large basin, bidet and WC. Additional • Free Wifi • Central heating • Washing machine & dryer • Laptop friendly workspace • Hairdryer • Car not necessary • Child-friendly • Suitable elderly • Paid Public Parking • Air-conditioning - Nespresso machine Please note that renovation work will take place from January 5th to June 15th 2026. Location The apartment is situated in the middle of Lugano, just a 5-minute walk from the shore of the lake and Parco Ciani. It is located above a restaurant, so it may be occasionally noisy. The city of Lugano has much to offer travellers, whether they are looking for an evening off after a day of meetings, or want to entertain their family. The unique blend of Swiss efficiency and Italian “dolce vita” has blessed the city with excellent restaurants, cafes and food shops or markets, for those who want to cook at home. The wonderful street market, selling local produce, is just 5 mins walk from the flat. Lugano is home to a wide variety of museums including the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland (MASI) just a 5 minute walk away, one of Switzerland’s most visited cultural centres. A day trip on the Lago di Lugano sailing between Switzerland and Italy is not be missed, or if you prefer to stay on land, a stroll along the waterfront in Parco Ciani and the Old Town is a relaxing way to soak up the beauty of your surroundings. The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20 minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 12-minute walk from the apartment.

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli, situato in una zona piuttosto centrale di Lugano, facilmente raggiungibile dalla funicolare. Le istruzioni per il ritiro delle chiavi sono chiare e semplici. La presenza di supermercati nelle vicinanze è molto comoda, e l’ambiente silenzioso garantisce un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen: Die Wohnung ist zentral, der Ausblick vom Balkon ist interessant, die Wohnung ist gross und und hat eine sehr schöne Küche mit einem neuwertigen Backofen und Kochfeld. Wir haben ein Netflixkonto und konnten es auf dem TV aktivieren. Das war top. Einige Utensilien fehlten, z.B. ein Schwingbesen, Schaufel und Besen. Ich habe mir deshalb erlaubt, den ausserhalb der Wohnung vorgefundenen Staubsauger zu benützen. Ein Möbelstück gehört entsorgt: der Schrank im Schlafzimmer. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen. Leider hat meine Frau ein Armband liegen lassen: Wir haben das vor 24 Jahren auf unserer Hochzeitsreise in Indien gekauft: aus Silber mit in Silber gefassten Halbedelsteinen (dunkelrot). The location was very convenient for visiting the city centre and just a few metres from a station with different bus lines. The apartment is in good condition, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The host was very attentive and responsive. The cleanliness of the place was very good. As negative points I would say that some basic things are missing if you want to cook or, for example, when we arrived there was no bottle or jug to put water, and we went in the middle of summer it would have been important to have it.

Great locations in the city center (but a little bit noisy if you open the window), you will have the view of the Jungfrau from the hotel. The resort has a very nice sauna and steam room. They do not change your towels but you can bring your used towels to front desk to get new one. We stayed in 1st floor one bed room for 4-night, the room has decent space, shower and toilet are separated. The staff are very nice.

It was just off from the central tourist spot and walkable to everywhere. Bus station is two minutes away to get around. We stayed 3 nights and felt like we are living there. Washer/Dryer was really helpful for us. The host was very professional and responsible.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, en el centro de Lugano, cerca de todo. Los departamentos son grandes, con buenos espacios, caben sin problemas las personas que se indica. Solo faltan algunas cosas prácticas, de poco valor que hacen la vida más fácil, por ejemplo lugar para poner el jabón y shampoo en la ducha o más bolsas para dejar la basura. Es poco lo que falta para que sea excelente.

The location was very convenient for visiting the city centre and just a few metres from a station with different bus lines. The apartment is in good condition, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The host was very attentive and responsive. The cleanliness of the place was very good. As negative points I would say that some basic things are missing if you want to cook or, for example, when we arrived there was no bottle or jug to put water, and we went in the middle of summer it would have been important to have it.

Great locations in the city center (but a little bit noisy if you open the window), you will have the view of the Jungfrau from the hotel. The resort has a very nice sauna and steam room. They do not change your towels but you can bring your used towels to front desk to get new one. We stayed in 1st floor one bed room for 4-night, the room has decent space, shower and toilet are separated. The staff are very nice.

It was just off from the central tourist spot and walkable to everywhere. Bus station is two minutes away to get around. We stayed 3 nights and felt like we are living there. Washer/Dryer was really helpful for us. The host was very professional and responsible.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, en el centro de Lugano, cerca de todo. Los departamentos son grandes, con buenos espacios, caben sin problemas las personas que se indica. Solo faltan algunas cosas prácticas, de poco valor que hacen la vida más fácil, por ejemplo lugar para poner el jabón y shampoo en la ducha o más bolsas para dejar la basura. Es poco lo que falta para que sea excelente.
