There are plenty of relaxation areas on this 5000-square-metre property, ranging from an exclusive access private garden to a stunning valley-view dining with a barbecue and a table tennis facility. Inside, the 3-bedroom rental easily accommodates up to 6 guests. The living room is warm and welcoming with traditional features like terracotta floors and wood furniture. It is centred around an ambient fireplace with sofas, an SAT-TV, big dining, and a fully-equipped kitchen for a carefree stay. A microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and coffee machine are at guests’ disposal here. Sleeping There are 3 cosy double bedrooms in the house, located on the upper floor. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Electricity charges are to be paid on the spot based on consumption at €0.35 kw/h. Heating (wood heating) in wintertime or when necessary because of climate also needs to be paid on the spot to the owner at €10/day. Please note that check-in time is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-09.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon. Please also note that the house can only be reached through narrow, characteristic village streets and mountain paths that are about 850 meters, therefore, cars cannot pass through. Guests can park their vehicles in the reserved spots located about 15-minutes on foot. The owner, with a small car, provides luggage transport service on arrival and departure. Location Set in the peaceful high hills, close to the well-serviced town of Esino Lario, this holiday house is perfect for those looking for peace, nature and tranquillity. Banks, restaurants and shops to facilitate a carefree stay are just a few minute's walk from the holiday rental. And there are tons of picturesque trails and points to admire the beauty of the region and lose yourself in nature. The magnificent shore of Lake Como is a 25-minute drive away. Plus, Varenna is also about the same distance and is perfect to ferry yourself to the Golden Triangle towns of Menaggio and Bellagio. For those looking to soak up some history, the characteristic town of Lecco is about 50-minutes by car. Meanwhile, sailing sports enthusiasts will find their ideal destination at a 45-minute drive, in the lakeside town of Colico.
