Die Lage war sehr ideal direkt am See, nahe beim Zentrum und sehr ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Studio war sauber. Super war auch die Bar unten im Gebäude mit schöner grosser Terrasse, wo man auch frühstücken kann und auch diverse Snacks bestellen kann.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich in der Bar, Hauswart Reinigung. Im Appartement hatte es diverse Mängel die teils erledigt wurden (Dusche und WC Brille defekt) sollten aber bei der Übernahme schon vorher kontrolliert werden. Und die anderen sichtbaren Mängel, defekte Lampe, Uhr usw. das wäre ja keine grosse Sache sieht aber sehr unschön aus. Wurden auch nicht informiert, dass es gefährlich ist im See zu baden. Müsste überall und viel besser deklariert werden, wir haben es in der Gelateria erfahren und nicht vor Ort. Der Swimmingpool ist eine grosse Schande und sehr gefährlich für Gäste mit Kindern😡und stinkt dazu noch.
