Great location a few blocks from many activities on Lake Lugano! Can be difficult to locate, so print the .pdf file that will be sent prior to arrival. Tight parking, so I'd suggest using the spiral public garage just a block down the street. We enjoyed walking the waterfront and if time allowed would have enjoyed the beautiful area more. Thanks again for opening up your place.

Die Wohnung war sehr Zentral gelegen. Es war ein ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und war sehr sauber. Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

The apartment was extremely clean and felt homey. The check in was easy and the host was extremely responsive which is always important when in Europe. The apartment manager David was also very nice and helpful with the process of getting into the building when we arrived. The location was also very central to the small town shops & restaurants which made it easy to get around. Right under the apartment, there is a sushi restaurant called Sugar which was so so good and very hospitable. Recommended!!

3 eme fois que nous louons ici et rien à dire, c’est top. En revanche le basic dans la cuisine est absent ( ni sel ni poivre ni sucré ni huile ni sac poubelle ni produit lave vaisselle ) je trouve qu’il pourrait y avoir le minimum.

We stayed here as a group of five and it was a great spot. The host was very helpful and responsive. The area is very nice walking distance to the lake and a market. Would definitely stay there again!

Espectacular. Teníamos una reserva en Morcote y a unos días se nos ocurrió cambiarla. No pude tomar una mejor decisión. El departamento es precioso. Es amplio y tiene muy buenos materiales. Esta bien equipado y la ubicación es perfecta. A unas manzanas del lago, hay un supermercado a una manzana, abajo hay un restaurante pero no lo necesitamos. Solo tuvimos dos inconvenientes, uno fue la falta de aire acondicionado. Incluso uno pequeñito y portátil sería de gran ayuda. El otro es que había una ventana que no cerraba ni abría, estaba trabada. Lo informamos al anfitrión y este nos pidió contactar a un número de teléfono. Nosotros no hablamos ninguno de los idiomas de suiza y nuestro inglés es instrumental, pero aún así el anfitrión no fue capaz de coordinar el arreglo de la ventana mientras estábamos ahí. Muy desconsiderado. A pesar de todo, el departamento es precioso y lo recomiendo totalmente. Lo del ruido no nos afecto en nada y fuimos con un bebé de 15 meses y un niño de tres años.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a well appointed apartment for our party of four. Super close location to all areas of Lugano. The building was well taken care, updated and clean. Very pleased with all dealings with the management company as well. Only negative of being in such a great location is hearing the night life till late.

Big space, very clean, in the city centre, everything is within walking-distance, check-in was easy, enough toilet paper and towels were provided, quick response on messages. Would consider it again, if we went again. Price-performance ratio was also great!

I would love to leave a good feedback as we have rented this accommodation on various occasions and have been very happy. the location is excellent, the apartment is clean and spacious, the staff helpful. The problem is this time that we by mistake threw the key in the garbage and we could not retrieve it... therefore they charged between CHF 250.- to CHF 300.- for a new key, where I think a copy would cost maximum CHF 50.- I hope they will come down with this charge and then I can give an excellent review with a full mouth!

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und bietet alles was man braucht. Sie ist grosszügig, hell und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage war es allerdings in der Nacht sehr laut durch die vorbei fahrenden Autos und Partygängern auf der Strasse. Die Kommunikation und das Check-in waren sehr unkompliziert, einfach und freundlich.

Most Airbnb’s provide staples, paper towels, some sugar, Garbage bags. none was left for us, and it would be nice to be able to regulate the heat and cooling. Also better direction for Ware to dispose of the garbage. Other than that, the unit was excellent would highly recommend it again thank you.

El apartamento esta muy bien, nosotros fuimos 4 adultos y un bebe y nos fue cómodo, la ubicación era buena para recorrer la cuidad aunque la llegada desde la estación del tren caminando es difícil, porque hay muchas escaleras si vas con valijas, lo único que no había algunas cosas básicas como jabón para lavarse las manos y azúcar, pero el resto ok

Wir waren für den Besuch am einem Kongress in Lugano und haben in der Wohnung gehaust. Diese war sehr hübsch eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, blitzsauber und als Empfang stand ein Prosecco auf dem Tisch :-) Vielen Dank! Leider war es in der Nacht sehr laut (grosse, befahrene Strasse und Bar mit Musik direkt darunter) und unsere Wohnungstür klemmte immer wieder mal. Ansonsten war es ein toller Aufenthalt, auch wenn wir nur zum Schlafen da waren. Vielen Dank!

The rental was in a good location and good condition for our family of 4. There was everything that was needed for the week we stayed, however a couple more things may have been of value. That is not to say there wasn't lot of stuff, (ironing board/iron, 4 toilet rolls, chopping board with 1 sharp knife, 1 bread knife, bottle opener, can opener peeler), microwave, kettle, toaster Nespresso, fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, LG smart TV, fast internet. Whilst the flat doesn't have A/C we felt the temperature was only a problem when externally it was 30C+, the normal use of blinds down and windows shut during most of the day and each room had a fan, was sufficient for us "used to the cold British types". The connectivity of the location was great as the Lugano Centro bus station is only a couple of minutes walk and the PostBus station is a couple of minute the other way. 1 bottle of prosecco was provided on arrival. We had some issues opening the door to the apartment, but after phoning Happy Rentals they explained the technique :). If we were seeking any improvements they would be: 1) More cleaning products - there was one dishwasher tab and one vial of washing up liquid. We ended up purchasing washing up liquid as it the cheaper solution. There wasn't a long handled broom or vacuum, so this meant any sweeping had to be done on hands and knees. 2) There was no drying racks/airers. I appreciate the washing machine has a drying setting, however it can be useful just to dry clothes out of the washing machine 3) Garbage bags, In hindsight it would have been more useful to be given more garbage bags. I believe to use the communal bins they are supposed to be purchased from Lugano (red), but we were unaware till our last day. Over all the property provided a wonderful location for a memorable holiday in Lugano.

The apartment was clean & nice and quite comfortably spacious - we were 4 adults & 2 kids. Only downsides - nothing open on the weekend nearby, no restaurants or dining options. It was a quiet area. But food options were about a 10 min walk away. The team shared instructions but were a bit hard to connect with. The main door key was a but tight and the living room balcony door wouldn’t shut but as it was a weekend it was hard to reach anyone. Overall nice place, very clean. We appreciated the tiny extra thoughtful items like laundry detergent, hand wash and dish washing liquid.

Great location!! Apartment had everything you need, but not a lot of extras. This is completely my fault, but I did not realize there was no air conditioning. The master bedroom was REALLY hot, small fans could not adequately keep place cool while we were there - made it hard to sleep. Could use an upgrade in linens, especially pillows. Loved the welcome Prosecco and flexibility on Check-In. Also a little different than other airbnbs I have stayed at as managed by a commercial company, so check in was well documented but a little confusing. Minimal cleaning and bathroom products but we were not there much so not necessary. Close to everything in Lugano - loved how easy it was to navigate!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The upside: The location is two blocks from the central bus station. And the busses are very easy to understand and get everywhere in town. The most beautiful pedestrian area with a wonderful piazza starts two blocks away. Grocery store and other stores is five minute walk. Lots of boutiques (fairly high end tho) are very close. The staff was highly responsive and only a five minute walk away from the apartment. The building was very safe. The apartment was super clean and roomy. The bedrooms were on opposite ends so they felt private. Downsides: There is a club on the bottom floor that hosts karaoke on the weekends. It is VERY loud and we did not sleep until it ended at 1am. This is not the apartments fault but worth sharing. The furniture is sparse and the only couch is a loveseat. We’re three people so this just wasn’t comfortable for us. There provide one nights provisions for soap. And no detergent coffee/tea etc

Tolle, sehr moderne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Sehr zentral, den Lago di Lugano erreicht man in 3 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkhaus und tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute Dokumentation zum Self-checkin.

Overall good place to stay. Is in a good area in Lugano & close to water & city. A lot of activities to do. Very clean apartment. One downfall was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Had to take turns with others & put extra blankets to make more comfortable. Kitchen was nice & spacious but had very minimal usage items. No seasoning, not even salt/pepper, have to buy everything. Had washer dryer which was great! Had toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and nespresso machine. No nespresso pods.
