A charming villa, set in the quiet hamlet of Piandera, in the beautiful Swiss countryside, north of Lago Lugano. The one-bedroom villa sleeps 4 people and is ideal for a family or group of friends who want to relax in the mountains, and enjoy the great outdoors. The light-filled living area is stylishly furnished with a sofa and two contemporary armchairs. There is a wood-burning stove and a dining table for 4. The separate kitchen, reached through an arch, is well-equipped with newly fitted units, an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and a Tassimo coffee machine. The private, stone terrace nestles into the hillside at the back of the villa. There is a second dining table and chairs, a large parasol and a BBQ for meals al fresco. On the lawn, at the front of the villa, guests can relax on 2 sun loungers. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The sunny bedroom is off the living area and has a double bed. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a second double bed. Bathrooms The independent bathroom has a shower, basin and WC Additional • Portable Wifi device • Fireplace • Private garden • BBQ • Washing machine • Hair dryer • Child-friendly • Paid Public Parking • Pets not allowed Location This lovely property is in the Val Colla, a region known for its stunning countryside, with chestnut woods and streams running down the hillsides. It offers picturesque hiking routes and challenging mountain biking tracks, from spring through to late autumn. The neighbouring region of Capriasca is home to the Via dei Sapori, a tour of local food producers which can be done on foot or by bike and which opens up the area’s gastronomic treasures. The villa is just 30 minutes from the city of Lugano. Here there is much to see, including MASI, The Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland, which hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. There are many delicious restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy the best of Italian and Swiss cuisines. For families with younger children, the Parco Giochi Cugnolo (5 minute drive) is a fun way to while away an afternoon. This children’s playground, in beautiful countryside, is full of activities and games. For more family fun there is the swimming pool complex at Capriasca (20 minute drive). Here you will find smaller pools for younger children and an Olympic-sized pool, plus volleyball and table tennis for the rest of the family. The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour 25 minutes by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 40-minute journey.

موقع جميل جدا ويبعد 25 دقيقة قيادة بالسيارة عن مركز المدينة حيث يوجد كل أنواع الترفيه والمناظر الخلابة والبحيرة الكبيرة ، نظافة جيدة جدا يوجد غسالة ملابس ايضا والمطبخ. مجهز من جميع النواحي، الجيران لطيفين جدا منطقة هادئة جدا ، اوصي به للعائلات الصغيرة المؤلمة كحد أقصى من أربع أشخاص، يوجد موقف سيارات متاح في جميع الأوقات .لقد امضيت خمس أيام هنالك حيث توجد نشاطات عديدة Eine sehr schöne Lage, 25 Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, wo es alle Arten von Unterhaltung, eine atemberaubende Aussicht und einen großen See gibt. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Küche. In allen Belangen ausgestattet, sehr nette Nachbarn, sehr ruhige Gegend. Es gibt jederzeit Parkplätze, da es dort viele Aktivitäten gibt.

Piandera liegt weit oben (20 min ab Lugano) im Valle di Colla auf etwa 800 m. Sehr abgelegen, sehr ruhig, sehr einfach. Ideal zum Abschalten und zum Wandern. Ausflüge an den See und die Umgebung Luganos sind problemlos erreichbar. Auch bis zum Lago Maggiore sind es nur knapp 30 bis 40 min. Es gibt weit und breit in den Dörfern oben keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Also braucht es ein Auto oder viel Geduld. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben überwiegend selbst gekocht. Sehr schönes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und sehr heissem Wasser. In Lugano ist ein Büro des Vermieters für Fragen und Probleme.

Appartement agréable et joliment décoré pour deux personnes, dans un environnement calme, à proximité immédiate des Denti della Vecchia, avec un espace extérieur avec barbecue appréciable et facilité de stationnement. Boite à clé pratique. La bouteille de bienvenue a été appréciée. Cependant, certains points mériteraient d'être améliorés : aucune capsule à café fournie pour une machine fonctionnant uniquement avec capsules, communication pouvant être plus réactive, gros manque d'espace de rangement dans l'appartement, quelques points de ménage à revoir (serviettes humides/usagées laissées dans la machine à laver, carton de ventilateur vide laissé au milieu de la cuisine, parasol posé au sol du séjour à l'arrivée...), quelques problèmes avec l'évacuation de la douche (sur lesquels nous avons pu agir). Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été agréable, mais il serait utile de revoir les points mentionnés ci-dessus.
