Appartement idéalement situé sur la commune de l’Argentière (10 min de Chamonix en voiture)
. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement chaleureux et cocooning, avec un mur entièrement vitré offrant une superbe vue sur la montagne. un vrai plaisir au réveil ! Les instructions d’arrivée et de départ étaient très claires, et l’agence locale a fait preuve de réactivité. Nous avons eu la chance de croiser la lingère de l’immeuble, qui nous a partagé de très bonnes idées d’activités et de lieux à découvrir dans les environs. Petit plus: la boulangerie l’Alpain, juste au-dessus de l’appartement, propose un large choix de produits gourmands. Seul bémol : bien qu’il y ait beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition, une bonne partie était malheureusement sale dans les placards. Et la hotte de la cuisine n’était pas fonctionnelle.

Bel appartement, très bien situé dans Argentière et fonctionnel. L'arrivée en autonomie se passe très bien et Mark est très réactif pour répondre aux messages. La cuisine est bien équipée et la literie confortable

Het appartement was net als op de foto’s en het uitzicht was prachtig. Het appartement was erg schoon, en basis benodigdheden voor ‘de eerste nacht/dag’ waren aanwezig. Fijn bed, fijne bank, fijne keuken en genoeg opbergruimte in het hele appartement. Het enige nadeel was een vieze geur in de badkamer en een zwakke douchestraal. De aankomst instructies waren voor ons ook duidelijk, waardoor wij zonder problemen hebben kunnen inchecken. Al met al een hele fijne week gehad.

This place exceeded all expectations! We had a fantastic view of the mountains right from the living room and on the balcony. It is in an extremely quite complex and had no traffic noise whatsoever. There was even a river that ran right by and had a soothing sound to fall asleep to each night. It was also only a few minute walk from the train station to take into Chamonix, or if you wanted to drive it was no more than 15 minutes away. Overall it was an amazing experience and would definitely stay again

Mark’s place was an ideal little home right in the mountains. The view is spectacular and sitting watching the sunset will be memories that last my lifetime. If you do wish to cook, be sure to take all the basics as there is no salt, pepper, oil or anything you often find left by previous guests.

Very nice apartment, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Comfortable bed with the added bonus of separate living area, washing machine and dishwasher. Bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely added touch! Excellent view from the balcony!

Apartamento limpo e bem arrumado em uma localização tranquila e relaxante, com uma vista maravilhosa! Tem uma padaria muito boa nas proximidades. Há um estacionamento grande dividido com outros prédios, e como não tem vaga exclusiva, pode ser um pouco difícil encontrar uma vaga nas proximidades do prédio em altas temporadas. No geral, tivemos uma ótima estadia.

Great apartment in the small village of Argentiere. Easy access to the train/bus around the valley, great hikes nearby and a great bakery around the corner! Would stay again!

We already knew the location, and the photos are true to the apartment, it was spotlessly clean with very good towels & linen. The kitchen is well equipped, although could do with a couple more mugs, glasses and essential bits for cooking such as a grater. It’s light and airy, and definitely an excellent base for skiing the Grand Montets! Would recommend

We would definitely stay here again. A lovely view overlooking Mont Blanc from a cosy and well done out small apartment. The dishwasher and washing machine are a great addition and the location is perfect for us. You can get up to the Petit (and Grand) Balcons from either the ski piste opposite or from a couple of paths starting from the town of Argentiere behind. The bakery 5 mins walk away is the best one we've been to in France so far. Couldn't fault this stay at all! Only would suggest getting a door 'bump stop' for the balcony, as the door handle makes contact with the glass window. Just to add on the location, just over the Forclaz pass into Switzerland, about an hours drive you can access a couple of nice lakes and the weather there is usually warmer than in Chamonix.

Cet appartement a un charme vraiment chouette , il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin. Tout est accessible à pied, les pistes de ski, les magasins et les restaurants. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes en direction des pistes nous a également fait plaisir. Le contact avec le propriétaire était excellent, rapide et agréable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement.

Ne bucurăm ca am ales acest hotel pentru sejurul nostru! Ne-am bucurat de o vedere extraordinara la munte! Ce m-a uimit foarte tare a fost faptul ca hotelul a fost echipat cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie( un mare plus pentru asta ) Chiar și copilasii s-au bucurat ca au avut atâtea cărticele de citit! Plus caldura in pardoseala a fost de mare ajutor! Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat Totul este in apropiere! Pista de ski, restaurante, stație de bus Cu siguranța o sa mai revenim !

Petit logement avec une belle vue d'un côté mais dommage qu'on ne précise pas qu'il y a un parking côté mont blanc ! Le logement est parfait et très propre. C'est fonctionnel donc rien à redire. En revanche, il y a un soucis d'odeur qui vient des parties communes... Cela sentait la cigarette et c'est un peu dommage... Les parties communes ne sont pas bien entretenue. C'est un peu sale. Mais c'est dommage car l'appartement est en lui même parfait.

It was very clean, had comfortable bed and linens. It was also quiet with nice views and an easy walk to the train station. Loved hearing the river run. Staff was extremely responsive with messages and the wine was a sweet gift upon arrival.

L'appartement ressemble aux photos. Nous avons eu une panne d'eau chaude (qui était dans tout l'immeuble a ce qu'il parait). Avec les fortes chaleurs, il y avait une odeur pas hyper agréable dans la salle de bain (reflux des égouts peut-être). L'odeur disparaissait quand nous faisions couler l'eau de la douche. Sinon l'appartement est top avec une vue incroyable.

Schöne, kleine Unterkunft. Schlafbereich nur durch schmale, steile Treppe erreichbar, aber ok. Sehr sauber, ruhig, komfortabel, kleiner Balkon mit wunderbarer Bergsicht. Schöne Dusche. Kann das Condo empfehlen!

Appartement is mooi en modern en ruim ingericht, schoon en sfeervol, goed uitzicht, zonnig balkon. t appartementen complex is heel oud en rommelig. Wel een hele rustige omgeving en 5 min loopafstand van de gondel en skibus haltes, dat is echt top! Extra's: fles (lekkere!) rode wijn bij aankomst en een schoonmaak spullen pakketje. Op elke verdieping een nette ruimte voor (gescheiden) afval.

It was a self - catering unit that had all the supplies needed to cook, including an oven. Although small, the bedroom upstairs made the space very comfortable for two. Location was excellent, right beside Grand Montents ski lift, which also had busses to all other ski areas. The small balcony was fabulous, with great view and lots of sunshine.

Le logement est fidèle aux photos, et on y passe un moment hors du temps grâce aux superbes panoramas qu'il offre ! J'y ai passé 5 jours et je regrette déjà mon départ. Dommage que la communication avec Happy rentals ne soit pas toujours efficace, notamment pour le check-in et le check-out .. Attention pour ceux en télétravail comme moi : la wifi est parfois un peu lente et capricieuse, mais sinon tout est réuni pour un excellent séjour.

Place was great, but arrival not so much. They told us the key would be in the key box, but it was not there so we had to wait for two hours before entering. And the listing says there is ooo while there is not. On the other hand, we could still enter the place two hours earlier than what was officially asked. Overall, very clean, close to everything and beautiful stay

Appartement conforme aux photos, la communication avec le personnel de l’agence est parfaite. Petit soucis de nuisance durant notre séjour ; travaux dans l’appartement du dessus à 7h du matin. Et pas mal d’instructions concernant le check out de l’appartement comprenant poubelles, linges sales etc… assez limite pour des frais de ménages s’élevant à 118€… dans l’ensemble nous restons satisfaits de notre séjour.

A recently modernised apartment in an excellent location in Argentieres just next to the Grande Montet cable car, with an amazing view of Mont Blanc and its glacier from its lovely sunny balcony with the sound of the river flowing just next to it. The apartment itself is very bright and comfortable (both the double and sofa beds were very good with very clean linen), with a washing machine which was great. We greatly appreciated the welcome gift (a very nice bottle of wine). Communication was not so comprehensive prior to check-in despite sending specific questions related to the parking options (to clarify, there is a large, free, easily accessible parking area within the compound). Overall a really nice place to stay for those with their own transport or ready to take public transport to the main sights a few km down the road.

The apartment itself was acceptable, being both clean and tidy, and it boasted a convenient location close to shops, trains and buses. However, the main building was undergoing renovation during our stay, with staircases and elevators covered in dust. There was no prior information about this at the time of booking, which was disappointing. The cleaning cost extremely high - for two nights stay - the equivalent of one night! Additionally, we were informed just before departure that we were responsible for leaving the cleaning rules “to avoid additional charges”.. This seemed unreasonable, given that we paid for cleaning. The check-in and check-out times were also inconvenient, with check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM. Overall, while we were initially hopeful, the stay ended up costing more than a hotel of comparable quality, leading to a rather disappointing experience.
