We loved our stay here. It is very walkable and close to bus and train stations making travelling to and from great as we didn’t need to walk our bags very far. It is a bit noisy at night due to the pubs in the building but overall wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay here again. The space is small especially with the bed pulled out but for a 4 night stay that we did, it didn’t bother us.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and central in Chamonix. The whole process was smooth and clear instructions were provided for check in and check out. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Great location and a really cosy place. Maybe the aparment wasn't the biggest but tbh we felt really great there. Very close to center, mountain view, shops, pubs, restaurant downstair. For sure coming back if we come to Cham again.

Appartement bien placé dans le centre de Chamonix avec tous les commerces / navette / train à proximité pour pouvoir se déplacer sans voiture. Appartement plutôt propre, fonctionnel et assez bien équipé pour se faire un repas sur place. Pas très bien isolé mais la place sur laquelle donne la fenêtre est plutôt calme. Le canapé lit double n’est pas très confortable mais ok pour 1 nuit ou 2. On a apprécié le petit kit de savon et éponge / produit lave vaisselle. Hôte réactif et serviable ! Je recommande pour un court séjour !

Everything is perfect: location, shops, restaurants! Cleaning and everything that was needed in the kitchenette. The balcony with an exceptional view. Wi-fi not so good but ok.

Chamonix is ​​incredible, the place where we were staying is perfect, near to a market, shops, restaurant, bus station and variety, very near to the entrance of Aguile Du midi. At night, a little noise from the bars, but nothing you can't sleep. my advice is a fan, because in the summer is very, hot. this place is very good, for maximun 2 people.

The stay was in walkable distance form the chamonix sud bus station. the view outside the balcony was awesome. The checkin process was very smooth there were no concerns.

Même si le bar en bas peut être un peu bruyant la nuit. Cependant, la chambre était très bien située, dans un environnement propre et les réponses rapides du personnel. Dans l’ensemble, cela vaut la peine d’être considéré.

The standout feature of this property is the excellent location. A minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, the bus station, and a train stop, and less than a minute from the main shopping drag, restaurants, a grocery store, bars, and incredible views. From the room, you can see the Aiguille du Midi cable car floating through the air a block away. From the little stoop, up and right, you can see Mont Blanc. There were plenty of cooking utensils and pots, plates, bowls, etc. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom. There are a number of shelves to organize your things. My specific place was on the 3rd floor, and there was an elevator; I never had to wait more than a few seconds for the elevator.

Great location and an amazing view of mont blanc. Very walkable distance to the town center. The check-in process is handled by a separate office right next to the place and the people there were very friendly ans helpful. The only 2 minor-ish problems we had was that the sofa-bed unfortunately wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. That being said, just the view alone makes this an easy recommendation.

Check in at the Happy Rentals office was very easy and Maria was very helpful. Great location! Only down side is the bar downstairs people is a little loud till late.

Good little studio in great location very close to bus station and the Aguille Midi. It is on the third floor of a block of apartments. Just adequate size. Well equipped with cooking facilities, appropriate clean bedding and a well functioning bathroom with clean towels and a clothes washing machine . Nice balcony with view of the Aguille. There are three bars and a nice little supermarket below which are very useful. The rental office is next door which is reassuring and they were there even on Sunday evening. I liked it a lot.
