Casa Del Limone was such a beautiful and homely spot. Everything was clean and as described. Getting to the house was a little bit more difficult then expected but when calling the holiday centre they were very helpful with our requests. Would recommend

Zeer propere woonst en redelijk goed onderhouden. Bij aankomst stonden er ventilatoren in de slaapkamers en dit was een aangename verrassing tijdens de warme nachten gezien er geen airco aanwezig is. Alle voorzieningen zoals voldoende glazen, ruime frigo, vaatwasser en wasmachine zijn top.

My Family and I had a great experience the Apartment we stayed in, and "Lake Como Holiday" staff were great as well. Walking distance to Mennagio Center and local restaurants and shops. Parking space was available too. didn't have to use the car while we were there.

Je rejoints les autres commentaires : le lieu est bien placé, propre, calme et avec une vue magnifique. Mais il est géré par une agence qui manque parfois de sérieux : on a dû deviner qu’il fallait aller chercher les clés là-bas avant de passer à l’appartement car ce n’était pas signalé.. les instructions de départ sont envoyés la veille très tard.. et enfin la conversation sur AIRBNB était lunaire, dans un anglais approximatif (alors même que le site traduit tout donc écrire en italien suffisait..).

L'emplacement avec la possibilité de se rendre au centre à pieds avec surtout une place de stationnement.

L'emplacement est pratique car il y a une place de stationnement et il est possible de se rendre à pied au centre ville.

Location propre égal a la description sans surprise ! Tres calme avec une place de parking tres pratique!Soyez en forme pour descendre vers Menaggio avec quelques escaliers !Tres bon sejour sur Menaggio

Overall a good stay. The place was clean, located in a quiet residential area. It is a 20minute walk up cobblestone hill/stairs, so it would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues, but the location and property are otherwise nice. The check in procedure is a bit annoying as guests have to pick up the keys from an office in town prior to checking in (as opposed to having the keys located at the property). This was detailed in the check-in document which was provided a few days prior to check in, but unfortunately we did not read the document prior to arriving, as we’ve never run into this at an air bnb before. We had to walk an additional 40minutes to go back and get the keys - so if you book this property don’t forget to pick up the keys in town first!

Very clean and nice property with a lot of space. Would not recommend staying here for older couples or really anyone not in good health or fitness. It is a long hike up the mountain and with bags made rather difficult. There are only 4 taxis in town so it was by foot most times. I made it such a point only to leave the house once a day to eliminate the hike up. The welcome gift was nice and shower amenities were helpful. Clean and large shower. Had to request fans as the property listed them but did not have them upon arrival, thankfully a cool enough night to open the door and windows but mostly doors which in turn felt a tad unsafe. Company was responsive and helpful with any questions but the hidden difficulty of getting there was rather off putting

The accommodation is clean but basic. It is above the town and it was quite a climb each day. We did not have a car. The Wi-Fi did not work and getting in touch with the company was not good. We did eventually get it working. there was a nice welcome pack for us and a bottle of wine. A visitors guide would have been helpful. It is quiet and comfortable.

I asked our group to rate the overall experience. 2 1/2 stars was consensus. Walk to town is steep and on narrow roads. Check in/out required visit to management company. Management slow to respond to questions. Unit was clean but lacked some basic things like paper towels in kitchen. We would try to find something closer to town and with different management company next time. Menaggio and Lake Como is fantastic and well worth a visit!
