The flat Borgo Belvedere is located in Toscolano Maderno in a complex of a few units with swimming pool. It is quietly situated in a residence with swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and has a wonderful lake view, a large front garden and a small back garden. The modern flat consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6 persons, a small breakfast island and has a flat screen Smart TV and free Wifi. A large terrace with a beautiful lake view is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a large garden for letting the children play complete the offer. The first room has a double bed, a large wardrobe and bedside tables and has direct access to the back garden and a view of the hills. Baby cot at disposal. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and has direct access to the back garden. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine. From the living room you can access the tavern furnished with two large sofas where the children can play with Lego constructions or table tennis. The tavern has a complete bathroom. Extra - Shared outdoor swimming pool - Central heating (additional charge of €10/night) - Dishwasher - Electric kettle - Oven - Pets not allowed - Extra child friendly - Moka coffee machine - Free public parking In front of the house there is a public car park and a children's playground. Please note that it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap in the pool.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub im vollen Zügen genießen können. Die Wohnung hat von der Terrasse und der offenen Küche aus, einen fantastischen Blick über den Gardasee. Ein absoluter Traum. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt mit einem wunderschönen Pool, wo zwei Liegen und ein Schirm für die Wohnung reserviert sind. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit französischen Türen, die zum hinteren Garten am Berg liegen, sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, klimatisiert und es fehlt ihr an nichts, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Im Untergeschoss, was wir nur selten genutzt haben, weil der Blick zum See viel anziehender war, ist ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Tischtennisplatte eingerichtet. Im Ort (ca. 3km bergab) kann man sich Fahrräder, Kajaks und Mopeds ausleihen. Ebenso kann man gut essen gehen und flanieren. Ein Tipp: kurz unterhalb der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant namens Rustichel fußläufig bei vorheriger Reservierung. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😍

Een super toffe locatie, lekker rustig en een heel fijn zwembad. Punt van verbetering is meer info geven hoe de afvalverwerking werkt, er was geen duidelijke info over wanneer en hoe het afval aan te bieden(schema ontbrak) Ook bleken de bedjes bij het zwembad per appartement genummerd te zijn, maar ook daar was geen info over helaas

It was an amazing location with a very nice, large apartment and a very nice view! The ping pong table was a very nice surprise for the children. Do not forget to take swimcaps for in the pool :-) We had a very nice holiday here and if we come back to Garda, we will definitly book it again!

appartement très agréable et au calme, très bien équipé. nous avons regretté l'absence de contact avec l'hôte, non présent pour nous accueillir (tout se fait via email et vidéos) et le peu d'informations disponibles sur la région. Par ailleurs, il existe beaucoup de règles contraignantes dans la copropriété.

Wi-Fi and local cable tv not working as advertised for the entirety of trip. We were told the area is hilly in response to our report of weak WiFi and WiFi not working. While outside lake view is beautiful , the grass area on the terrace by the eating table is dry and not kept up, unlike photos. While not the responsibility of the owner, very noisy from neighboring unit. Bunk bed could use a stronger frame. Kitchen appliances and dishes could be updated. Bathroom shower pressure very good and beds comfortable.
