On the ground floor, there is a unique winter sunroom, with a table and chairs, which makes a charming retreat at any time of year. The open-plan living and dining area has a fireplace, comfortable sofa and armchairs, large flatscreen TV and a dining table for family meals.
The kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.
There is a private fenced garden, with plenty of space for children or pets to run around.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet spot, surrounded by trees and nature. There is plenty to do at any time of year, including exploring the surrounding hills either on foot or by bicycle.
On the eastern shores of Lake Maggiore, the local towns offer fantastic restaurants and fun days out, whether it is a picnic at the Cascate della Froda waterfalls or a day out on the lake.
For self-catering, guests will be spoiled for choice with the local shops and famous Luino market every Wednesday (15 minutes) which is known as one of the best food destinations on the lake.
Milan’s international Malpensa airport is a 1 hour 10 minute drive from the villa.

Positief:
- Mooi huis.
- Enorme tuin.
- Veel bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving.
Toch een paar minpunten:
- De tuinmeubels zijn niet goed. Meer geschikt voor de camping.
- De toiletten kunnen beter.
- Er is echt een schutting nodig naar de tuin met de buren (die gelukkig maar 1 dag aanwezig waren tijdens onze vakantie).Response:

Gracias a la acogida de Paolo.. La casa de ensueño y un jardín magnífico. Estuvimos excepcionalmente cómodos . Sobre todo por poder disfrutar de las mascotas a nuestro lado . Totalmente recomendable la propiedad y la gestión .
