Lovely place but very outdated and the electrics were questionable. It’s on a hill in a complex type building and parking was fine. Hill no problem. It is run by a company and you have to go and get the keys from town and then drop them off. Ok if you are getting a bit but for us was a little awkward. But I didn’t know this until we were almost there. Otherwise this place was wonderful and was clean, just what you would expect from a chalet in chamonix.

Excellent base for a hiking/trail running summer trip. Communication and instructions from the local rental agency made for swift entry after our journey. The apartment is in a great location, the building is set on a steep road but the elevated position above Chamonix centre provides a dramatic and unimpeded view of Aiguille du Midi from the lounge and terrace. From the door you’re two minutes from the Pranplaz cable car which provides access to an abundance of trails. Nice and quiet, away from the occasional nightlife noise from Chamonix. Thank you, Pauline. We cannot wait to go back!

Perfect place to to stay just near the center with view of the Mont Blanc. Bathroom needs some renovation. Great livingroom and kitchen.

L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et bien placé - à proximité du centre mais au calme. Tout était conforme aux descriptions. La petite terrasse entourée de verdure et offrant une superbe vue est un vrai plus. Nous aurions juste apprécié de pouvoir entrer un peu plus tôt dans le logement, mais ça n’a rien gâché au séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement avec une vue époustouflante sur le massif du Mont Blanc, la terrasse et le jardin sont très appréciables, les literies sont bonnes, la cuisine sympa et bénéficie de la vue. En revanche pas de fond de placard : ni sel, poivre, huile etc. A prevoir

This apartment is fantastic. It's much larger than the pictures make it look like. And it's 15 steps from the Brevent gondola...which also offers ski rental. The kitchen is fully functional and everything works well in the condo. We'd definitely rent it again.

Situation et propreté de l'appartement. Mobilier un peu "vieillot" mai cuisine entièrement refaite. Très pratique et très agréable. Bonne ondes dans l'appartement et jardin au top ! Un Bémol sur la literie de qualité moyenne. Service happy rental sympathique et efficace. Bonne réactivité. Pour le reste très bien. je reviendrai.

Appartement très bien situé, bien agencé, au calme avec une place de parking appréciable. Beaux volumes des différentes pièces, séjour bien exposé, terrasse sur jardin super! Cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain bien agencée et chambre spacieuse, literie de bonne qualité. This place is even cuter than the photos. It’s bright and airy and clean and well-decorated, and I LOVED the patio with the mountain view. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was good, with a close distance from the city center, and it has a beautiful and pleasant garden. The view was incredible, with the Mont Blanc and the trees creating a once-of-a-lifetime view. In this place, you can take wonderful pictures and get treasured memories that you can remember and smile for the rest of your life.

Les + : -cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle - logement très bien situé à 40m du téléphérique du Brévent - superbe vue sur le massif depuis la terrasse et depuis le salon -Literie confortable -Nous avons trouvé les instructions claires pour récupérer les clés à l'agence. Cela nous a permis d'être indépendant par rapport à notre heure d'arrivée. -Logement très propre Les - : - La salle de bain est vraiment à refaire (La barre qui relie le panneau de douche au mur rend impossible le fait de se doucher debout) - Le lavabo fuit et est en mauvaise condition - La table de la salle à manger s'est quasi effondrée lorsque nous l'avons utilisée. il faudrait revoir un peu le mobilier

The apartment is spacious and appointed well. The location is excellent, The only shortfalls are the check-in process, the office is nowhere near any available parking. If you have a car and it's a busy day be prepared to park a fair distance from the office. The apartment requires a thorough clean, the kitchen was ok but the remainder of the apartment needs a spring clean

Appartement géré par "Happy rentals" Logement situé à proximité du centre ville et au calme; à 2 minutes de la remontée vers le Brévent. C'est son principal atout ! Il est bien équipé : lave-vaisselle très pratique; lave linge (la bonne surprise!); table extérieur; place de parking. Le wifi est capricieux mais fonctionne pour du loisir. En début de séjour, nous avons du relaver la vaisselle et assurer le rachat des essentiels de cuisine : sel, poivre, sac poubelle, etc... Nous avons demandé une intervention pour des petites réparations qui ont été faites dans la journée. Rien d'extraordinaire mais pour nos seules vacances de l'année, nous aurions apprécié nous en passer. La literie est très bonne mais le restant du mobilier pourrait être rafraichit. De manière générale, cet appartement en rez-de-jardin est reposant avec une belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc.

Me gustó su amplitud, que tenia parking propio, la cocina estaba reformada y con todo lo necesario. La inmobiliaria muy atentos, comtestando por WhatsApp a cada duda en castellano! Además te dan todas las indicaciones perfectas para acceder al apartamento y coger las llaves en su inmobiliaria.

La cama y almohadas muy incómodas para dormir. Hay wifi pero no funciona, va muy lento, entonces es como si no hubiera. La ducha no tiene para sujetar la duch en la pared, lo que hace dificil ducharse y además, el grifo de la ducha no funciona bien, el agua caliente es dificil darle. La calefacción se ponia muy suave y habia momentos en los que tenias que ir con una manta por encima.

Le logement est très bien situé pour les skieurs, proche des télé cabines. Parking aisé La cuisine est rénovée avec un équipement de base mais suffisant. Un petit appareil a raclette serait un plus La salle de bain est restaurée mais un peu vétuste.I l y a une petite machine à laver. La literie est ok, draps, essuies ok Le wifi est peu rapide

Location was excellent! View of Mont Blanc was absolutely stunning and we were within walking distance of everything we needed. Short drive to some specific hiking trails we wanted to access and we appreciated the easy parking access. The unit itself was somewhat odd and a combination of dated and updated. The kitchen was updated and bathroom sort of updated but the shower was awkward. Overall a great spot for us.

Un deux pièces spacieux surtout en montagne, avec une place de parking extérieur dédié , très appréciable sur Chamonix Par contre le séjour est un peu sombre car en RDC et le mobilier un peu daté , mais du jardin on a une belle vue sur le Mont Blanc et l' environnement est très calme, 500 m a pied du centre ville Bonne literie et cuisine bien fournie Un séjour agréable et calme en été dans la belle station de Chamonix

This rental is managed by a property management team, and they don't provide typical accommodation as many other airbnbs do. We had to walk to their office for the key, which is quite a walk with heavy luggage in the opposite direction of the rental, and they don't provide any shuttle assistance for luggage. They moved us to a different rental than what we booked, which had one less bedroom, not as updated, and the shower was not functioning. They provided only one roll of toilet paper for 4 adults for 4 days, and said that they only provide one complementary roll for the stay and that we will have to purchase more if needed. I brought up that we are paying the same amount of money for a rental that has many less comparable features to our booking, and they were firm in saying that these two units were comparable, but they would refund 50 euro for having one less room. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but didn't feel we were appropriately taken care of by the property team.

El alojamiento está bien, la cocina es muy completa. El aseo puede mejorar pero es aceptable. Excelente ubicación muy bien iluminado y con vistas al Mont-Blanc desde la terraza. Mara no gestiona directamente, es una empresa pero no atienden rapidamente
