This cosy studio for 4 is ideal to kick back and enjoy a peaceful vacation with loved ones, especially small families. Located on the first floor, the retreat is tucked away in a residential complex with a shared pool and a ping pong table for enjoyment, as well as, a private apartment dining for relaxing intimate moments together.
Inside, with air conditioning and heating, the apartment offers year-round comfy stays. Its bright and contemporary characteristics are well complemented by a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, fridge and microwave, which allows you to conveniently prepare delicious homemade meals and dine-in.
The apartment also offers access to shared laundry facilities for convenient longer stays.

The studio has a double bed and a French sofa bed for sleeping.
Please note that the sofa bed is only suitable for children.

Paid public parking is available just 50 metres from the house on the square, Viale Filippo Reina.
The washing machine is in the basement. All usage rules are described next to the machine and there is no time schedule.
