Guests access the apartment via a private, terraced garden. This is furnished with a table and chairs, plus a large parasol for shade. Inside, through French windows, is a spacious living/dining area. Here there is a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs and an open-plan kitchen. This has been beautifully fitted out with smart units and is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has a stylish double bed, a contemporary chest of drawers, extensive wardrobes and double glass doors that lead out to a private rear terrace.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a large glass shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC.
The complex has a swimming pool, with sun loungers, which is shared by the 10 apartments. It is open mid-June to mid-September.

Location
The apartment is set on the hills above the Medieval town of Civezza. Guests will enjoy spectacular views over the hills all the way to the Riviera dei Fiori. Explore Civezza’s historic centre and its quaint shops and restaurants. Down by sea is the charming town of San Lorenzo al Mare. One of the smaller resorts on the Ligurian coast, San Lorenzo’s town centre is a work of art in itself. Liguria is home to the International Cetacean Sanctuary and there are excursions for whale watching from Sanremo (40 minutes).
Away from the coast, there is plenty to see and do. There are extensive hiking and cycle routes in the hills.
The closest airport is across the border in Nice, France, a 1 hour and 25 minute drive from the apartment.
