The apartment sleeps 4 people and has been comfortably fitted out with everything guests might need. The open-plan living room includes a double sofa bed, a Smart TV and an attractively painted wardrobe. There is also a wooden dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is just off the dining area and is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.
Thanks to the slope of the hillside, the shared garden is on the same level as the apartment and is reached directly from the hall by the living room. There are chairs on the lawn for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the view over the village and mountains beyond.

Location
The hamlet of San Sicario Borgo is a charming ski resort which is well organised and offers pistes to suit all levels of skiers. The apartment is in the heart of this quiet resort and ideally positioned for easy access to the slopes.
Sestriere (10 minutes), which hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics, has a lot to offer throughout the year. In the winter months, there is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor heated swimming pool which is open in the winter and summer seasons.
Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.
Turin airport is a 1 hour and 25 minutes drive from the apartment.
