VeszprémFest, Hungary's premier summer music festival, celebrates its 22nd edition from July 8 to 12, 2025. The festival was founded in 2004 with the goal of creating a unique cultural event that would highlight international and Hungarian artists across various musical genres. Over the years, it has grown significantly in size and reputation, becoming a beloved fixture on Hungary’s cultural calendar. Set in the historic city of Veszprém, one of the country’s oldest urban centres, the festival takes place in picturesque venues that blend the beauty of medieval architecture with modern music performances. Originally focused on classical and jazz music, VeszprémFest has expanded to include pop, world music, and contemporary styles, attracting a diverse audience. Its rich history and continuous evolution make it a vibrant celebration of music, culture, and community in the heart of Hungary.
This year's festival promises five unforgettable nights at the open-air História Kert, with performances starting at 21:00 each evening.
All main stage concerts will take place at História Kert, located at Remete köz 8, 8200 Veszprém. Additional events are scheduled at the Jezsuita Templomkert and the Rozé, Rizling és Jazz Napok. In case of weather disruption due to rain, performances will be relocated to the Veszprém Aréna.

Veszprém is one of Hungary’s oldest cities, rich in history and culture, with charming streets, historic churches, and a lively arts scene. Often called the “City of Queens,” Veszprém boasts a beautiful castle district overlooking the lake and hosts various cultural events year-round.
