What is Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez?
What began as a light-hearted regatta between friends in 1981 has grown into one of the world’s most iconic sailing events. The original Nioulargue race sparked a tradition, and in 1999, it evolved into the official Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez. Today, it attracts hundreds of boats and thousands of sailors and spectators from across the globe.
The regatta showcases an extraordinary range of yachts—elegant classics over a century old, sleek modern racers, and massive maxi yachts pushing the limits of design and speed. Expect more than 250 boats to compete in categories such as Classics, Moderns, and Maxis. Highlights include the thrilling Club 55 Cup, the prestigious Rolex Trophy, and daily races across the shimmering Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
