Im Herzen des charmanten Ferienortes Grangesises gelegen, ist dieses Studio im Erdgeschoss für 4 Personen zu jeder Jahreszeit ein idyllischer Urlaubsort. Das Studio befindet sich in einer eleganten, modernen Residenz und ist sowohl stilvoll als auch praktisch. Durch die Eingangstür gelangt man in einen Wohnbereich im alpinen Stil mit Kiefernmöbeln und großen Fenstern. Der Raum ist mit einem Sofa vor einem Flachbildfernseher und einem Holzschrank ausgestattet. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen und befindet sich neben der Küchenzeile, die mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einer Mikrowelle, einer Nespresso-Maschine und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet ist. Schlafen Am Ende des Wohnbereichs, abgetrennt durch eine Zwischenwand, befindet sich ein Doppelschlafsofa. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lässt sich in ein bequemes Doppelbett umwandeln. Badezimmer Das neu geflieste Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, Waschbecken, Bidet, Waschmaschine und WC. Zusätzliche - Tragbares Wifi-Gerät - Flachbildfernseher - Zentralheizung - Waschmaschine - Büchersammlung - Müllentsorgung - Rauch- und CO-Detektor - Haartrockner - Öffentliche Parkplätze, Auto empfohlen - Kinderfreundlich - Haustiere auf Anfrage erlaubt - Nähe Skibus - Ermäßigter Skiverleih und Skischule Die Heizung wird vom 1. November bis zum 30. April eingeschaltet. Standort Grangesises ist ein hübscher, kleiner Ferienort, nur 5 Autominuten von der Stadt Sestriere entfernt. Die Residenz befindet sich in der Mitte des Dorfes, in der Nähe der kleinen Piazza. Der Ort ist sehr verkehrsarm und daher ideal für Familien mit Kindern. In Grangesises finden das ganze Jahr über zahlreiche Veranstaltungen statt, von Tänzen über Konzerte bis hin zu gemeinsamen Mountainbike-Touren. Sestriere, Austragungsort der Olympischen Winterspiele 2006, hat viel zu bieten. In den Wintermonaten sind die Pisten rund um den Ort für Skifahrer und Snowboarder aller Niveaus geeignet. Es gibt Langlauf, Heliskiing, Schlittschuhlaufen, Motorschlittenfahrten, Hundeschlittenfahrten, Schneeschuhwanderungen und sogar ein ganzjährig geöffnetes Freibad (beheizt). Im Sommer kann man in den Wäldern und auf den Almen wandern. Es gibt zahlreiche Mountainbikestrecken für alle Schwierigkeitsgrade sowie Tennis, Golf und Schwimmen. In Grangesises und Sestriere gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Bars, die für jeden Geschmack und jedes Budget etwas zu bieten haben. Für Selbstversorger gibt es in Sestriere Supermärkte und kleinere Geschäfte mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Der Flughafen Turin ist 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt.

Monolocale molto accogliente e carino. Due letti, cucina grande con tutto, tavolo spazioso, bagno grande. Ci hanno dato il benvenuto con una bottiglia e ho apprezzato molto il kit per pulire piatti e cucina! 4 minuti in macchina dalle piste e paesetto in mezzo alla natura fuori dal caos.

Like thenlocation and the apartment was perfect for a family of 3. On the other hand when we arrived the cover sheets for the pillows on the beds were missing. We useed what we find in the apartment.

The village is very nice. Cars cannot access the village, which in a sense is nice. But makes very problematic carrying luggage, ski equipment, etc.
