Die Wohnung liegt abseits des Stadtzentrums und ist von Florenz, Pisa, Siena und Lucca in einer Autostunde leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist Teil einer wunderschön restaurierten Villa und verbindet perfekt eine antike Struktur mit modernen Möbeln. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über vier geräumige Schlafzimmer, zwei Wohnzimmer und zwei große Küchen, die einen komfortablen Aufenthalt für eine Gruppe von 13 Personen ermöglichen. Das Haus empfängt Sie mit einem weitläufigen, gepflegten Garten, der mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen ausgestattet ist, damit Sie im Freien essen und entspannen können. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie einen Billardtisch, einen Kickertisch und eine Dartscheibe im gemeinsamen Flur. Im ersten Stock stehen Ihnen voll ausgestattete Küchen mit Induktionskochfeld, Moka Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach zur Verfügung. Ein Esstisch, der in jeder Küche steht, vervollständigt die Einrichtung und bietet einen schönen Blick aus den Fenstern. Die beiden Wohnzimmer sind mit zwei Sofas, einem Flachbildfernseher, einem Sessel und einem Kamin ausgestattet. Die antike Struktur der Wohnung hält sie im Sommer kühl und der Kamin sorgt für Wärme im Winter, geeignet für Aufenthalte das ganze Jahr über. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Dies ist das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Fenster mit Blick nach draußen. Es hat ein Doppelbett, eine Kommode, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen Kleiderschrank. Schlafzimmer 2: Dieses Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, eine Kommode und einen Kleiderschrank. Auch dieses Zimmer hat ein Fenster. We had a truly unforgettable stay at La Casa della Quercia. The house is perfectly nestled in the Tuscan hills, offering breathtaking views, tranquility, and the true feeling of Italian countryside life. The property is spacious, well-equipped, and full of charm – from the traditional architecture to the relaxing outdoor spaces. Every sunset felt like a painting. It was the ideal place for both rest and quality time with family. The region of Montaione is beautiful and strategic. We explored charming nearby towns like San Gimignano, Volterra, and Certaldo, and also took day trips to Florence and Siena. The food and wine in the area are exceptional, and there’s no shortage of authentic restaurants and wineries nearby. Special thanks to the Happy Rentals team for the smooth check-in and excellent communication throughout our stay. Everything was as expected – or better! Highly recommend both the property and the area to anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany.

We rented both apartments. The units are spacious and can comfortably accommodate more than 8 people. The communal room with a billiard table was very well received and proved to be a wonderful and valuable addition. Margherita is a very attentive host who has equipped her home with everything necessary for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. She provided valuable tips and was always available for questions and support when needed. A lovely welcome package with breakfast and drinks was provided. The house is very well-maintained and tastefully furnished. Detailed instructions were shared in advance via WhatsApp, leaving no doubts or unanswered questions about the holiday home. Happy.Rentals was also very diligent in providing information and ensuring our well-being. They maintained contact throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of and wish Margherita continued success and enjoyment with her beautiful property. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing.

🤩Un Natale ECCEZIONALE! Avendo passato lì in Natale, Margherita ci ha fatto trovare la struttura allestita per l'occasione, i camini perfettamente funzionanti ci hanno permesso di creare la giusta atmosfera per le nostre cene, preparate nelle cucine ben attrezzate e funzionali. La legna ci è stata gentilmente offerta in abbondanza già tagliata e pronta per essere bruciata. Anche un piccolo inconveniente con i riscaldamenti in uno dei due appartamenti è stato gestito in maniera professionale e con tempestività. Nella sala giochi abbiamo trascorso una bellissima e divertentissima serata con i ragazzi e la posizione strategica della struttura ci ha permesso di girare con molta facilità durante le nostre uscite giornaliere. Grazie ancora a Margherita e il suo papà per l'accoglienza, la professionalità e la disponibilità che ci hanno offerto per tutta la durata del soggiorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato preso la casa di Margherita per 6 giorni, 7 adulti e 4 bambini. Margherita è stata sempre molto disponibile nel consigliarci posti dove mangiare le cucina tipica toscana, ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca, latte e merendine per la colazione.. ci ha omaggiati di miele prodotto dalla sua famiglia e biscotti appena sfornati fatti in casa. Abbiamo trovato le due case super pulite, profumate e complete di tutto! La cura ai dettagli è stata impeccabile! Non abbiamo nulla da aggiungere, ringraziamo Margherita per l’ impeccabile ospitalità

Sin dal primo momento, la proprietaria è stata fantastica, disponibile e sempre pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi bisogno e qualsiasi richiesta. La location è fantastica immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità della campagna toscana. L’alloggio è splendido, ristrutturato di recente, molto confortevole e fornito di tutto ciò che serve per farti sentire a casa. Sala giochi bellissima, i nostri bambini si sono divertiti tanto. Ce séjour toscan a été parfait. Avant d arriver les échanges avec les hôtes et durant le séjour. La maison est idéalement située entre les principales villes toscanes. La maison est située idéalement, à 1h au plus loin des grandes villes toscanes. Nous avons pu également visiter les petits villages aux alentours. La maison était bien équipée, la literie confortable, l’extérieur et la salle de jeux ont été des points plus que positifs pour les petits et les grands !!!

Esta casa es fantástica, recien restaurada, en medio de un entorno natural precioso, con un terreno amplio alrededor. Mucho espacio para 8 personas, todo muy cómodo. Para Margherita un 10. Casa perfecta para encontrar relax para los adultos (8) y entretenida para los jóvenes (5), gracias a la zona de juegos. Cocina y baños impecables con todo lo necesario. Veníamos desde Zaragoza (España), (13 de familia). Llegamos a la casa tarde y nos encontramos con todo lo necesario para poder desayunar al día siguiente. Las camas muy cómodas, perfectas para los que íbamos. El anfitrión pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Sinceramente hemos estado fenomenal.

Rustig, maar centraal gelegen, zodat alles perfect bereikbaar is met de wagen. De eigenares, voor wie niets teveel is en die een zeer groot hart heeft voor haar gasten.

🤩Un Natale ECCEZIONALE! Avendo passato lì in Natale, Margherita ci ha fatto trovare la struttura allestita per l'occasione, i camini perfettamente funzionanti ci hanno permesso di creare la giusta atmosfera per le nostre cene, preparate nelle cucine ben attrezzate e funzionali. La legna ci è stata gentilmente offerta in abbondanza già tagliata e pronta per essere bruciata. Anche un piccolo inconveniente con i riscaldamenti in uno dei due appartamenti è stato gestito in maniera professionale e con tempestività. Nella sala giochi abbiamo trascorso una bellissima e divertentissima serata con i ragazzi e la posizione strategica della struttura ci ha permesso di girare con molta facilità durante le nostre uscite giornaliere. Grazie ancora a Margherita e il suo papà per l'accoglienza, la professionalità e la disponibilità che ci hanno offerto per tutta la durata del soggiorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato preso la casa di Margherita per 6 giorni, 7 adulti e 4 bambini. Margherita è stata sempre molto disponibile nel consigliarci posti dove mangiare le cucina tipica toscana, ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca, latte e merendine per la colazione.. ci ha omaggiati di miele prodotto dalla sua famiglia e biscotti appena sfornati fatti in casa. Abbiamo trovato le due case super pulite, profumate e complete di tutto! La cura ai dettagli è stata impeccabile! Non abbiamo nulla da aggiungere, ringraziamo Margherita per l’ impeccabile ospitalità

Sin dal primo momento, la proprietaria è stata fantastica, disponibile e sempre pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi bisogno e qualsiasi richiesta. La location è fantastica immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità della campagna toscana. L’alloggio è splendido, ristrutturato di recente, molto confortevole e fornito di tutto ciò che serve per farti sentire a casa. Sala giochi bellissima, i nostri bambini si sono divertiti tanto. Nei dintorni c’è tanto da visitare, ottimi ristoranti e luoghi magnifici. Grazie Margherita!

Ce séjour toscan a été parfait. Avant d arriver les échanges avec les hôtes et durant le séjour. La maison est idéalement située entre les principales villes toscanes. Le confort de la maison , le calme, l’espace vert tout autour, la salle de jeux, l accueil, la disponibilité des hôtes… tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Petits et grands ont été conquis. La maison est située idéalement, à 1h au plus loin des grandes villes toscanes. Nous avons pu également visiter les petits villages aux alentours. La maison était bien équipée, la literie confortable, l’extérieur et la salle de jeux ont été des points plus que positifs pour les petits et les grands !!!

Esta casa es fantástica, recien restaurada, en medio de un entorno natural precioso, con un terreno amplio alrededor. Mucho espacio para 8 personas, todo muy cómodo. Para Margherita un 10. Ella estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros y solucionó con rápidez y eficacia los pocos problemas que tuvimos. Grazie mille Margherita!

Casa perfecta para encontrar relax para los adultos (8) y entretenida para los jóvenes (5), gracias a la zona de juegos. Cocina y baños impecables con todo lo necesario. Veníamos desde Zaragoza (España), (13 de familia). Llegamos a la casa tarde y nos encontramos con todo lo necesario para poder desayunar al día siguiente. Las camas muy cómodas, perfectas para los que íbamos. El anfitrión pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Sinceramente hemos estado fenomenal.

De locatie was geweldig, heerlijk rustig en een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Het huisje is zeer verzorgt en heeft alles wat wij nodig hadden.
