Das Ferienhaus liegt nur 10–15 Gehminuten von den besten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Mijas Costa entfernt. Vom Sandstrand von La Cala über Golfabenteuer bis hin zur historischen Torre de la Bateria und wichtigen Einrichtungen wie Supermärkten und Restaurants – alles befindet sich in einem Umkreis von 15 Minuten. Das nächste Café und die nächste Bushaltestelle sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, der nächste Supermarkt liegt 5 Gehminuten von hier entfernt.
Darüber hinaus können Gäste auch das Hinterland von Mijas erkunden und beschauliche Spaziergänge durch die charakteristische, weiß getünchte Altstadt von Mijas genießen. Wenn Sie sich für Geschichte oder Kunst begeistern, sollten Sie sich die zahlreichen Museen nicht entgehen lassen, die sich hier befinden und sich Miniaturen, Picasso, traditionellen Getreidemühlen usw. widmen, ebenso wie historische Gebäude wie die ovale Stierkampfarena (13 Minuten Fahrt) und die Pfarrkirche Inmaculada Concepción. Lovely accommodation with great amenities. Grounds and pools where immaculately maintained. Town house was exceptionally well equipped, everything that we needed for our two weeks. Sitting out under the awning allowed those that did not want the sun to be part of great vacation. Booking was easy and the process was seamless. I would like to call out Anna who was exceptional. Easy engagement over whatsapp, great recommendations on places to go and would check in via WhatsApp to makesure everything was going okay. Accommodation is in a great area close to the town and quiet to give you a tranquil setting. We enjoyed it so much just booked up for 2027.

The property itself was clean and very well equipped. It was also well positioned close to the beach and restaurants as well as supermarkets. The property was immaculate throughout, and contained everything we needed, very spacious inside and incredibly well designed - especially the roof terrace! The development is very secure and the communal grounds and pools are well maintained. The location is excellent. 5 min walk to the super market, 10 mins to La Cala, and 15 mins to the beach, we will definitely be returning in the future!

Wij hebben met ons gezin een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement is zeer mooi en ruim en heeft een goed onderhouden binnenplaats met zwembad. De omgeving was voor ons al bekend, maar het appartement ligt mooi centraal tussen Malaga en Marbella in met verschillende restaurants en stranden in de omgeving. De host was ook zeer vriendelijk. De enige tip voor de volgende keer, betere schoonmaak. Ons schone beddengoed stonk, de douches waren niet goed schoongemaakt en het huis was erg stoffig. Toch zouden wij graag nog een keer terugkomen!
