A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, l'ingresso fatiscente della struttura si apre su una gradevole corte e l'appartamento è sorprendentemente pulito, semplice e comodo; se si arriva in auto bisogna fare attenzione al pagamento del parcheggio. Ottima TV, in generale buone dotazioni.
