El piso es cómodo y tiene unas vistas muy bonitas. En general lo disfrutamos mucho durante la estancia. Como puntos a mejorar, la llegada fue un poco complicada porque hay que recoger la llave bastante lejos del alojamiento. Además, cuando llegamos no estaba del todo limpio, aunque lo solucionaron después. También el control de la temperatura del salón lo gestionan ellos, y en algunos momentos pasamos un poco de frío. Aun así, la experiencia fue buena y el lugar merece la pena por lo agradable del piso y las vistas.

the flat is exactly as described in the listing and the photos. the view from the balcony is amazing, auguille di midi and mont blanc on one side and brevent on the other side with the sunset just in front of you. flat is perfect for a couple, easily walkable to everywhere in the town center and in great condition. communication with the host team was very smooth. what can be improved is the skywindow in the bedroom, otherwise extremely happy with the flat. also the dedicated parking in the garage is not big enough for larger cars so you might have to find alternative parking. 9.5/10

We loved our stay here for a first time visit to Chamonix. Beautiful views from the inside and the balcony, comfy bed, nice sofa for relaxing after long days of hiking, and a well equipped kitchen for a dinner in. Central location with everything within walking distance. Appreciated the lock box check in style as we arrived quite late after a long drive from Bordeaux. We would definitely stay again!

Très bel appartement très facile d’accès. Deux petits bémol, le garage est assez étroit et malgré une porte sécurisé nous n'avons pas la clef donc sécurité compromise. Le second le prix est malgré tout assez élevé mais cohérent par rapport au reste de chamonix. sinon le reste était parfait.

Loved our stay! - Amazing views and location is perfect - convenient for walking into town and to some lifts, but quiet and away from the hustle. Supermarket also conveniently nearby. - Parking was the biggest plus during the busy period - would note the spot is a little tight, and may be a struggle for a larger car, but was doable in our small rental (BMW M1) - Very clean! A few things that took this down a star, particularly compared to other AirBnBs we recently stayed in. - As managed by a company, not an individual, the experience is less personal - the communication was a bit confusing/overwhelming with different links/logins/channels. - Soap/Shampoo provided was tiny, you need to BYO. - Some reviews mentioned the shower, and we can attest it was TINY and would be a struggle for some people. The shower head has also been replaced with a cheap hand-held that cant be used mounted on the wall. Not a great experience, but minor. - Garage remote didn't work well

Les + Logement conforme à la description et aux photos, belle vue. Quartier paisible à quelques pas du centre de Chamonix. L'appartement est cosy et bien équipé. Les - Matelas dans la chambre très ferme, voire dur. Notre van était trop haut pour entrer dans le garage mis à disposition (max 1.90m) et nous avons eu de la peine à trouver une place de parc à proximité.

Tout s’est tb passé. Instructions d’arrivée claires et envoyées 48h avant via sms. Le logement est fidèle aux photos. Attention la douche est petite. Emplacement très satisfaisant, calme, à mi chemin entre les rues commerçantes, les sentiers et le départ pour le montenvers.

It took us over an hour to get into the property on arrival. The instructions were long but very clear. I followed them but the host hadn’t put the key ready for after hours pick-up. The torrential rain, no network and an unresponsive host once I used a nearby bars WiFi didn’t help the situation. After 30 minutes the host finally got in contact but I got no apology even though it was the companies fault. We missed our dinner reservation as it was in the evening. Not a good start to the stay. The rest of the trip was great.

"Franchement, l’appartement est très beau, bien situé, spacieux, propre et chaleureux. Il est parfaitement adapté pour un couple ou une famille. Cependant, je n’ai pas pu mettre la note maximale, car le propriétaire est assez difficile à joindre et semble accorder peu d’attention aux clients, même lorsque ceux-ci ont besoin d’aide pour récupérer les clés. C’est dommage, car si vous aviez pris un peu de temps pour communiquer avec nous, cela aurait facilité les choses. Au début, j’étais assez perdu sur la procédure d’accès, car nous devions récupérer les clés nous-mêmes à l’agence, et le propriétaire s’est contenté d’envoyer des instructions puis n’a plus donné de nouvelles. Nous avons fini par entrer, mais avec pas mal de difficultés."
