Schönes, neues Apartment in sehr zentraler Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, ruhig. Tiefgarage mit abgesperrtem Garagenplatz und Lift direkt von der Tiefgarage in den 1. Stock. Vom Balkon links und rechts Blick aufs Meer und auf das rege Treiben auf der Straße. Sara von Happy Rentals sehr schnell im Antworten, gut organisierte Infos bzgl. What we really appreciated was the location. Very close to the town center. Just down of the balcony there is a local foccacia shop with tasty stuff needed to give it a try. If it comes to the flat, I can say, if I travel the same location in the future, I will be more than happy to stay at this place again. Balcony has a nice view towards the sea, fully equipped kitchen, washing mashine, a private garage inside the property, all was clean and tidy. Communication was very clear and sufficient. And there was a nice bonus for us also, very tasty local red vine. So thank you for the chance to stay in such a nice place.

We had a fabulous week in this very lovely apartment. The location was fabulous and it was great that we had our own parking space in the underground garage as the town gets super busy and parking isn’t easy. The balcony is an added bonus as is big enough for 4 people and it was nice to sit out and watch the world go by. The wine shop and focaccia across the road are both great. You are a really short walk from the old town which is spectacular and full of really nice places to eat and drink.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We stayed there for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment is located within walking distance of the old part of the city, and a maximum of an hour from other cities such as Matera, Alberobello, Locorotonto, Ostuni... The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and the hosts are wonderful. I highly recommend this accommodation and I hope we will come back.

So near to downtown but quiet enough. Has a private parking garage which is a fortune in Puglia. There is only one thing what you should reconsider: do something with the door key (extremely hard to fit into the lock )

Great location a short walk from the main town, beach and train station. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Parking is available although it would have been helpful to have had a bit of guidance on access from the host. Overall we had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location with a short walk to town center. Amenities as advertised. Apartment was comfortable. The key/lock entry needed a little jiggling but not an issue. Liked having the indoor parking. Instructions were provided to get in the garage but you should also include on how to exit, thanks to responsive host who help us get out 😀.

Great location, walkable to town centre, easy access to food, tourist attractions and great restaurants. Apartment was modern, clean and free of clutter. Very comfortable. Place to put clothes away. Great laundry facility in apartment. Locks and keys are finicky. No toaster, or microwave. Nice Nespresso machine but would have been nice to have at least one morning worth of coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Old Town, top restaurants, and the best viewpoint in the city. The apartment itself is cozy, well-equipped, and very practical. One big plus is the spacious garage, which made parking super easy. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. Pierre welcomed us and gave us a clear explanation of everything in the apartment, while Sarah was always available to answer our questions—even during the weekend. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay here and location was great. 5 minute walk to the centre and seafront and lovely restaurants. Took a boat out of the island which again was only a 10 minute walk. Host was very responsive to any problems particularly when we couldn’t work the garage to get out! Apartment was spotless and perfect for our few days stay in puglia region. Thank you

Le logement est plutôt spacieux. Il a de grands placards modernes pour ceux qui restent longtemps et aiment s'installer. L'immeuble à l'intérieur est moderne avec des escaliers en marbre, bien entretenus. La douche est spacieuse, le petit balcon sympa muni d' une mini table basse et deux fauteuils (deux chaises pliantes sont sur le balcon en plus). Le balcon donne sur la rue, c'est sympa, animé sans être trop bruyant et le logement est très bien isolé. L'appartement est très bien situé tout proche de la fameuse plage que l'on voit partout pour la promo de polignano mare. Elle est petite donc souvent blindée. Le soir elle est vide. Nous avons pu nous y baigner un jour vers 13h (nous sommes restés du 7 au 9), nous avions trouvé une place pour s'installer vers le milieu... C'est très agréable de pouvoir laver le linge, lessive fournie 👍, une machine à laver et un grand évier dans une une toute petite sorte de balcon/arrière cours. Il y fait très chaud en été, le linge sèche vite. Agréable d'avoir un garage box, même si les manœuvres y sont compliquées (parking et box peu larges). Environs 15 mins à pieds de la gare. Nous sommes arrivés à monopoli en 5 min (en train). Les billets sont peu chers (5.60 pour 4 pour l'aller). Le logement est climatisé ce qui est très agréable en été. Nous en gardons globalement un bon souvenir de séjour.

We had a fabulous week in this very lovely apartment. The location was fabulous and it was great that we had our own parking space in the underground garage as the town gets super busy and parking isn’t easy. The balcony is an added bonus as is big enough for 4 people and it was nice to sit out and watch the world go by. The wine shop and focaccia across the road are both great. You are a really short walk from the old town which is spectacular and full of really nice places to eat and drink.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We stayed there for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment is located within walking distance of the old part of the city, and a maximum of an hour from other cities such as Matera, Alberobello, Locorotonto, Ostuni... The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and the hosts are wonderful. I highly recommend this accommodation and I hope we will come back.

So near to downtown but quiet enough. Has a private parking garage which is a fortune in Puglia. There is only one thing what you should reconsider: do something with the door key (extremely hard to fit into the lock )

Great location a short walk from the main town, beach and train station. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Parking is available although it would have been helpful to have had a bit of guidance on access from the host. Overall we had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location with a short walk to town center. Amenities as advertised. Apartment was comfortable. The key/lock entry needed a little jiggling but not an issue. Liked having the indoor parking. Instructions were provided to get in the garage but you should also include on how to exit, thanks to responsive host who help us get out 😀.

Great location, walkable to town centre, easy access to food, tourist attractions and great restaurants. Apartment was modern, clean and free of clutter. Very comfortable. Place to put clothes away. Great laundry facility in apartment. Locks and keys are finicky. No toaster, or microwave. Nice Nespresso machine but would have been nice to have at least one morning worth of coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Old Town, top restaurants, and the best viewpoint in the city. The apartment itself is cozy, well-equipped, and very practical. One big plus is the spacious garage, which made parking super easy. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. Pierre welcomed us and gave us a clear explanation of everything in the apartment, while Sarah was always available to answer our questions—even during the weekend. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay here and location was great. 5 minute walk to the centre and seafront and lovely restaurants. Took a boat out of the island which again was only a 10 minute walk. Host was very responsive to any problems particularly when we couldn’t work the garage to get out! Apartment was spotless and perfect for our few days stay in puglia region. Thank you

Le logement est plutôt spacieux. Il a de grands placards modernes pour ceux qui restent longtemps et aiment s'installer. L'immeuble à l'intérieur est moderne avec des escaliers en marbre, bien entretenus. La douche est spacieuse, le petit balcon sympa muni d' une mini table basse et deux fauteuils (deux chaises pliantes sont sur le balcon en plus). Le balcon donne sur la rue, c'est sympa, animé sans être trop bruyant et le logement est très bien isolé. L'appartement est très bien situé tout proche de la fameuse plage que l'on voit partout pour la promo de polignano mare. Elle est petite donc souvent blindée. Le soir elle est vide. Nous avons pu nous y baigner un jour vers 13h (nous sommes restés du 7 au 9), nous avions trouvé une place pour s'installer vers le milieu... C'est très agréable de pouvoir laver le linge, lessive fournie 👍, une machine à laver et un grand évier dans une une toute petite sorte de balcon/arrière cours. Il y fait très chaud en été, le linge sèche vite. Agréable d'avoir un garage box, même si les manœuvres y sont compliquées (parking et box peu larges). Environs 15 mins à pieds de la gare. Nous sommes arrivés à monopoli en 5 min (en train). Les billets sont peu chers (5.60 pour 4 pour l'aller). Le logement est climatisé ce qui est très agréable en été. Nous en gardons globalement un bon souvenir de séjour.
