Apartament był bardzo czysty. Jest on również dobrze zlokalizowany z bezpłatnym miejscem parkingowym. Komunikacja z zarządcą przebiegała bez zarzutu. Zainstalowanie wifi oraz klimatyzacji zwiększyłoby jeszcze atrakcyjność tego miejsca.

Ottimo alloggio nel nord della Sardegna. Spazi puliti e accoglienti. Sofia è stata disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trovato la porta d'ingresso molto difficile d'aprire, ma Sofia ci ha cambiato la chiave senza problemi. La casa provvede di tutto, ombrellone, borsa frigo, caffettiera. C'è un bel terrazzo dove si può cenare fuori. Vicini del piano di sotto belli, ma la madre discutibile.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, which was one block away from the beach and less than five minutes to bars and restaurants. It’s a ten minute walk along the water to get to Cannigione. The place was as described and the host provided great instructions about check in and what to do. Overall a pleasant stay, thank you so much.

la casa dispone di tutto il necessario. si parcheggia con facilità . è collocata in posizione comodissima per raggiungere alcune delle spiagge più belle della costa Smeralda, alcune a soli 10 minuti di macchina. inoltre la spiaggia che dista circa 100 metri dalla casa è molto tranquilla e carina.

Das Apartment ist groß, sauber und toll ausgestattet. Die gemütliche Terrasse bzw. etwas breiteren Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer konnten wir gut für Frühstück und Abendessen nutzen. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr nah und richtig schön (auch nicht so überlaufen). Andere tolle, bekannte Strände und Buchten sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Super Kommunikation mit Sofia. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für die Gegend von ihr. Einzig die Straße, die direkt vor dem Haus vorbeiführt, hat die Idylle ein bisschen gestört. Allerdings nicht schlimm.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Es el apartamento de Airbnb más equipado en el que he estado nunca. Tenía de todo, y nos ha resultado verdaderamente útil. Se agradece el lavavajillas cuando vas con amigas. Además, han sido super atentos y nos han ayudado en todo. Lo único, hace mucho calor y no hay aire acondicionado. Había un par de ventiladores que te salvan y hacen su función perfectamente, y nosotras que nos conformamos con poco nos ha dado igual. Pero es algo a tener en cuenta si le dan mucha importancia a la temperatura del apartamento.

Die Wohnung war wunderschön, besonders der Ausblick vom Balkon. Es war eine helle und freundliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Alles war praktisch und die Lage war super. Vielen Dank

All in all it was a good stay. The rooms look nice and are well equipped, there is a parking lot and its located quite good. However there are small things that hinder me from giving 5 stars. maybe they will he changed in the future. First and most important there is no wifi. We are in 2025 and wifi is not expensive to get. Please install it for future customers. second there are a lot of small things missing like trash bags, handsoap, dishsoap or pepper in the kitchen. If I am there for a couple of days I do not want to buy all of that its a holiday after all. The check-in was well organised and we got all the info we needed in advance. would i come again? yes if those small amendities i described above will be there in the future.

Nos la pasamos muy bien en el apartamento, está muy bien ubicado y la zona de Cannigione es Preciosa!. Sin embargo, hay algunos puntos que deberían aclararse mejor en el anuncio. El apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado ni wifi, lo cual no fue un gran problema para nosotros porque había ventiladores, pero en pleno verano habría sido útil saberlo con antelación. Las camas individuales son pequeñas pero cómodas, y el sofá funcionó bien como cama extra. Eso sí, la primera noche no se dejaron ni sábanas ni toallas para la persona que iba a dormir en el sofá, lo cual fue incómodo y un descuido importante. Fuera de eso, todo bien y el alojamiento cumplió con lo necesario para una estancia agradable.
