The condo we rented was just what was advertised. But the elevator had broken, and it was almost 100 steps up to our condo and that's where Happy Rentals and their staff came through. When we arrived, we found the elevator broken and I advised Enrique and Conrado that due to arthritis in my hips, there was no way I could make repeated trips up and down that many stairs. The next morning Enrique came up and advised us that they had just gotten a new condo in the same building but on the first floor and would we be interested? We went and looked, and it was fantastic!! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. I pointed out that there was no TV and no internet and by that afternoon Enrique brought a new big screen TV and modem. The condo had a loft for the master bedroom, and it was great. Comfortable bed and lots of room. The only thing you need ot watch out for is ceiling is lowered in part of the room, so you have to duck. There is padding on the edges of the ceiling so even if you do bump your head, it's no big deal. The second bedroom is also a loft but away from the master so there is lots of privacy. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots, pans, utensils and more than enough plates and glasses. The bathroom was big and more than enough room. If I had a complaint, it's that the shower stall is kind of small. All in all, my wife and I agreed that if we go back to Genoa, we'd stay in this condo and rent with Happy Rentals. Don't let the front of the building put you off. The door is old and it looks like it was built to keep out pirates. But once you get inside it's modern and comfortable. I need to give a huge shout out to Enrique. Any questions we had, we could ask him. From wanting to know how much it would be to take a taxi from Santa Margarita to our condo when the power went out and the trains stopped running, to taking us to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. I would not hesitate to rent from Happy Rentals for my next trip to Europe.

Hébergement conforme a la description. Très bien équipé, moderne, grand . Le lit est très confortable et grand et le canapé lit également grâce à un vrai matelas . La climatisation fonctionne très bien . L appartement est très bien insonorisé. Face au port , l hébergement est très bien localisé. Nous avons déchargé les bagages et stationné la voiture au marina park pour les 5 jours (moins cher des parking ) Pas trop de communication avec l hote , nous avons récupéré les clefs par un système de boîtier et les avons remises a la fin du séjour . Nous recommandons .

Very good location, incredibly beautiful view, good internet, newly renovated and cozy apartment, plus late check-in, which was important for us as we arrived at 11 p.m. There were three towels per person and more in the closet, just in case, I guess. which is good. Az apartman tágas és világos volt pont úgy néz ki mint a képeken, a környékkel viszont voltak problémáim. Sok jó étterem van a közelben viszont egyedül például nem mertem volna utcára menni. Elvileg van légkondicionáló, gyakorlatilag nem működik viszont ha kinyitod az ablakot akkor a zaj miatt nem tudsz aludni. Többek között ez is szerepet játszott a választásban ezért nagyon csalódottak voltunk hogy, nem működött. Ágynemű csak két emberre volt pedig mi négy emberre foglaltunk….Az is nagyon bosszantó volt hogy, a “helyi csapat” semmiben sem segített, napokat kellett várni a válaszra, nagyon idegesítő az ilyen kommunikáció, ebbe több energiát kellett volna bele rakni. Összességében nem volt szörnyű de nem rajtuk múlott hogy, jól éreztük magunkat. Többet nem jönnék vissza.
