Très bel appartement, bien rangé et surtout bien positionné pour aller à la plage , à 1min à pied . Anna est très serviable et réactif , rien à dire Merci encore une fois et vivement une autre fois 🙏

The apartment is great! Very clean, stylish remodeling, all the amenities included. Fiber internet with at least 500 Mbps over WiFi. Location is awesome: steps away from the beach, a lot of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Eastern European grocery store is literally the next door from the entrance. Huge playground is around the corner. That was a fantastic stay!

We had a great time in Estepona. The appartement js great. Very clean, perfect location and good communication with Happy Rentals.

Mooi nieuw ingericht appartement met 2 slaapkamers en badkamers op slechts 50 meter van de prachtige boulevard van Estepona. Supermarkt kapper Burger King en vele restaurantjes in de buurt. Het parkeren in de straat was wel even zoeken.

It’s a great appartement for families, beautiful and new, the area is only for people, no cars, so very safe for kids to run around to get to the playground which is to the left in front of the bulding. It’s on the 1st floor so you don’t bother anyone under. The enourmous beach is right there also, gym, supermarkets, you can also order anything on your phone as it gets delivered very fast. Shops close at siesta time every day. Bicyles to rent are amazing as you can pedal along the shore for miles enyoing amazing views. The appartement is dark so you can’t really see how is the wheather outside, or wake up naturally in the morning. Perfect place for a small holiday, I wouldn’t recommend it for long stays as the streets are rather busy and noisy in the high season, also all the air vents from some 6-8 AC’s are right under the twin bedroom, also very thin walls from the loud neighbours that come after midnight at home.

Piso recién reformado con todas las comodidades. Nos encanta porque esta muy próximo a la playa. Seguro que volvemos. Anna Maria es encantadora.

I think it is a very good apartment with a great location, very convenient. The bedding could be improved and there is no parking, but the host is very reachable and responds quickly to our requests. I highly recommend it for short stays in Estepona

Ons verblijf was heel prettig. Aankomst was ok. Sleutel ophalen in een sleutelkastje. De instructies waren duidelijk maar slot ging wat lastig open en sleutelkastje was op een andere plek dan het appartement. Voelde wat onhandig met bagage en kinderen. Parkeren aan de straat is gratis maar het was altijd vol dus en alles in 1 richting verkeer dus we moesten parkeren in de parkeergarage aan het strand. Goed te belopen naar het appartement en veilig maar wel duur. Ca 20 euro per dag. Appartement inrichting was helemaal nieuw. Alles in de keuken werkte goed. Fijne TV met games en YouTube erop. Fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren.
