Stock eines traditionellen Wohnhauses im Herzen von Chamonix gelegen, ist diese Wohnung zu jeder Jahreszeit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Die Wohnung für 4 Personen ist dank großer Fenster und Glastüren, die auf kleine Balkone führen, sehr hell. Die Einrichtung ist im savoyischen Stil gehalten, mit einem offenen Wohnbereich, der mit einem schönen Sofa und Sessel sowie einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet ist. Es gibt einen Esstisch und Stühle aus Kiefernholz neben der Küchenzeile, die mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank und einer amerikanischen Kaffeemaschine gut ausgestattet ist. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das charmante Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße. Es gibt ein bequemes Doppelbett und einen Kleiderschrank. Schlafzimmer 2: Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit einem Tisch und Stühlen. Badezimmer Das geflieste Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Bidet, Waschbecken und WC. Zusätzliche - Balkon - Flachbildfernseher & DVD-Player - Haartrockner - Elektrische Heizkörper - Rauchmelder - Waschmaschine - Skiraum - Nähe Skibus & Skilift - Nähe zum Skifahren - Kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz - Auto nicht erforderlich Standort Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Chamonix, in der Rue de l'Aiguille du Midi, mit vielen Bistros, Bars und Clubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Wintersaison sind die Pisten gut zu erreichen, da die Seilbahnstation l'Aiguille du Midi weniger als 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Gebäude entfernt ist. Die Pisten sind für Skifahrer und Snowboarder aller Niveaus geeignet. In den Sommermonaten sind die Hochgebirgswiesen und Wanderwege zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken leicht zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe Wildwasser-Rafting, Klettern, Golf und Reiten. Wenn Sie sich selbst verpflegen möchten, besuchen Sie den Wochenmarkt von Chamonix (Samstagvormittag) auf dem Place du Mont-Blanc, der nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Hier finden Sie die besten Zutaten aus der Region und die berühmten Savoyer Käsesorten, die Sie zu Hause genießen können. Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Bahnhof von Chamonix Aiguille du Midi ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Hade varit skönt med en mer flexibel utcheckning. Alternativt ett rum för bagaget efter utcheckning då vår transfer gick flera timmar senare.

5 stars because it exceeded expectations. The property is actually better than the pictures shown. Location is great. It's very close to the SUD Station / Bus Stop / Aiguille du Midi / markets / restaurants / central. If you plan on taking a bus to ski lifts, you will be at the first stop at the SUD stop. Everything worked as it's supposed to. Nice view on second floor but beware there's no elevators. The stairs are high! Also want to note that this property has no Wifi if that's important to you. It was important to us as we were foreign travelers.

- logement impeccable rien n’a dire , proximité de tout ce qui rend les choses très pratique . Petite remarque qui peu intéressé tout le monde , dans l’annonce du logement il y a écrit parking gratuit , Alor bien entendu aucun autre détails est donner , Alor ce parking c’est gratuit 1h et après vous devez mettre votre voiture dans un parking payant à 45 euros la journée. Donc pas très clair sur ce sujet dans l’annonce .

The place is conveniently located. The check in and checkout process are easy. The actual house setting is the same as the post listing. But please note you need to climb two floors with your luggage by stairs to get to the apartment.

Logement est spacieux et bien équipés, l'emplacement est parfait proche des magasins de location et restaurants. Idéal pour un séjour au ski. Le seul petit bémol pour les gens sensibles au bruit : la chambre avec le lit double donne sur rue et par conséquent, il peut y avoir quelques nuisances de temps en temps. A part cela, rien à signaler ;)

L'appartement correspond aux photos. Cependant, dès mon arrivée sur place, j’ai constaté qu'il semblait beaucoup plus vieux que sur les photos. L'isolation sonore est inexistante, et nous avons entendu tous les voisins pendant la soirée. Si vous allez dans cet appartement, pensez à apporter des protections auditives. L'annonce présente certaines incohérences : une machine à laver, mais pas de lessive ; des pastilles pour lave-vaisselle, mais pas de lave-vaisselle ; du liquide vaisselle pour une seule journée ; pas de savon pour les mains, ni de gel douche ou de shampoing, alors que certains éléments étaient mentionnés dans la description.
