The apartment is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located. It is within walking distance of the historic center, the Porto Antico, and many excellent restaurants. The only downside was the surrounding area. We were warned several times by taxi drivers that it has a reputation for higher crime rates and may feel unsafe at night, particularly for women walking alone. We stayed for only two nights and did not experience any problems ourselves, but walking through the immediate neighborhood was sometimes uncomfortable. That said, the apartment’s proximity to the city’s main attractions makes it a convenient base for exploring the area.

Pas de boite à clé comme mentionné dans la procédure d'arrivée mais grâce à Luigi nous avons pu entrer dans le bâtiment. Logement spacieux et agréable pour 8 personnes qui correspondait à la description. Accessible facilement en transports en commun (station de métro à 100 m).

We spent six nights in the apartment and were really happy about this oasis. The apartment was clean and had enough facilities we needed. Whenever we had questions or problems, we always got immediate response and they all got solved. The area is a bit shabby but it is really closed to our workshops so it was extremely convenient for us. We recommend the way alone the coast (across from the street) if walking back from the city center to the apartment at night.

Great apartment on the busy port road. Very nice and upmarket interior finishes. Close to the old city and Port that you overlook. Great host, clear instructions. If you like to be where the action is, this is the place.

Wir waren als große Familie mit ca. 9 Personen zu Gast und sind absolut begeistert von der Unterkunft! Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wirklich jeder ein eigenes Bad hatte – das ist bei so vielen Personen wirklich Gold wert. Alles war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das große Wohnzimmer bot genug Platz für alle, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, und die moderne Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen – da macht das Kochen für eine große Runde richtig Spaß! Auch die Nähe zur Stadt war für uns ideal, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Für eine große Familie wie unsere war die Wohnung wirklich perfekt – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Zwei Dinge haben uns jedoch etwas gestört – auch wenn der Vermieter dafür wenig kann: Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr schwierig. In der Nähe am Hafen zu parken kostet etwa 25 € pro Tag, was bei längeren Aufenthalten natürlich ins Gewicht fällt. Die Umgebung ist recht laut und stark frequentiert

Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 per due notti il weekend dell\'adunata degli alpini, appartamento perfetto per un gruppo, 4 stanze veramente comode con ognuna il suo bagno in camera. Appartamento pulito e moglio accogliente, fornito di tutto. Personale eccellente e pronto ad aiutarti in qualsiasi momento. Super consigliato

The apartment itself was perfect for our family, fabulous space very well thought out. 4 beautiful bedrooms all will own bathrooms. Perfect for a large group. Very clean and everything you need.

Casa in generale bella, ben tenuta. Zona centrale ma molto mal frequentata, molto poco raccomandabili i dintorni, specialmente di sera. Check in consistito nella sola consegna delle chiavi e apertura della porta di casa, senza alcuna spiegazione, neanche riguardo riscaldamento. Visto l'orario di arrivo sarebbe stata gradita quantomeno una bottiglia di acqua, in cucina nulla.

El pis és magnífic, netíssim i ben aillat d'un entorn molt sorollós. Els mobles i les instal.lacions nous, en un edifici molt degradat. L'entorn és una zona molt degradada de la ciutat que resulta incòmode per molts. Les instruccions de com arribar molt equívoques: a alguns carres de Genova hi ha dues numeracions: vermella i negra. Fiques la que t'han donat a google maps i t'envia a un altre lloc. I quan vam arribar no sabiem com entrar i l'anfitrió no contestava. Vam haver de trucar a un telèfon d'emergència, no sí si d'airbnb o de la companyia que lloga el pis i van trigar mitja hora a trucar-nos i explicar-nos on era el pis.
