The location was perfect! Right in front of the Lake and close to everything. Of all the towns in the area, Varenna was the best in my view. It was a bonus having a washing machine and well equipped kitchen. Loved the terrace outside.

I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a very conveniently located spot with lots of space and such an amazing view. The patio was huge and was literally steps away from the Varenna port and you could easily get around. 5/5 would definitely stay again!

The location is terrific. The managers were terrific with communication, both before our arrival & once we arrived. They sent detailed directions. I called when we arrived, as I had not read the directions correctly. He immediately texted that he was in the middle of something. A brief time later he returned my call & walked me through entry directions. Also, the unit was clean & well equipped (even a washer & 2 pods!). It was a great base for our touring.

The property was close to the train station, near several restaurants and the ferry. The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable. The bottle of wine was a welcome touch. The view from the patio with views of the lake and mountains was gorgeous! The property managers were very responsive and helpful with all my questions.

We had an issue with the heating and the staff were superb at coming around and getting it sorted within an hour. Very impressive. The location is lovely too! Close to the train station and easy with a buggy. Clean and we liked the bedroom in particular. We also loved the suggestions from the company about making the most of our stay.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment is fairly basic but serves well for sleeping and eating and going out and about. The instructions for getting in were very comprehensive, with photos, but unfortunately the photo of the key box was different to what was actually there. We had a panicky 10 minutes time contacting the company but, once I got through, they sorted the problem immediately. Varenna is beautiful and has good access to the rest of the lake, but it is very busy indeed. One of the pleasures of the apartment’s terrace, just a couple of minutes away, was that it was peaceful and quiet.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à deux pas du Lac et des embarcadères pour le ferry. Le logement est super bien situé, à 10mn à pied du centre ville de Varenna, et à 5mn à pied de la gare. Il n'y a qu'à descendre la petite ruelle pour rejoindre le ferry. Pour le logement cependant, nous avons trouvé qu'il a manqué d'équipements. Il n'y a pas de savon pour les mains ni de produit vaisselle. Les casseroles présentes ne sont pas de super bonne qualité (poignées presque cassantes). On a trouvé le logement vraiment vide, pas d'instructions ni d'informations, rien. Nous avions également payé 20€ pour un lit parapluie pour 5 jours mais en arrivant à 19h30 aucun lit pour notre fils de 2 ans. Malheureusement nous communiquons avec un organisme professionnel et donc l'équipe locale soit disant disponible 24h/24 nous a répondu qu'ils étaient fermés et qu'il fallait attendre le lendemain. J'ai insisté et qq est venu déposer un lit à 21h30. Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Top Lage, 1 Gehminute vom Comer See und dem Fähranleger. Zugang zur Garage wenige Schritte vom Hauseingang. Ausstattung des Appartments war ingesamt funktional. Der Telefonservice durch die Vermietungsgesellschaft hat sehr gut funktioniert und ermöglichte uns unkompliziert eine frühere Check-In Uhrzeit.

Check-in was quick and easy. Prime location. Only downside was the broken shower head but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The location is fantastic and the host-company is very responsive. The apartment itself could do with some care as there are many lights that do not work and the mattress and pillows are not in good condition.

Top Lage, 1 Gehminute vom Comer See und dem Fähranleger. Zugang zur Garage wenige Schritte vom Hauseingang. Ausstattung des Appartments war ingesamt funktional. Der Telefonservice durch die Vermietungsgesellschaft hat sehr gut funktioniert und ermöglichte uns unkompliziert eine frühere Check-In Uhrzeit.
