Das Fortino House ist ein charmantes Ferienhaus in der wunderschönen Stadt Otranto an der Adriaküste. Es erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, die durch eine Wendeltreppe miteinander verbunden sind, und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Die umzäunte Terrasse garantiert absolute Privatsphäre. Nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strand und 5 Minuten vom historischen Stadtkern entfernt, ist es der ideale Ort für Freunde oder Familien jeden Alters.
Die Eingangstür führt in ein geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer, das mit eleganten Holzmöbeln ausgestattet ist, darunter 2 Sofas, viel Stauraum und ein Esstisch für 6 Personen. Es gibt eine große, neue Küche, die mit einem Kochfeld, einem Backofen, einer Mokka-Kaffeemaschine und einem Kühl-Gefrierkombination ausgestattet ist.
Der private Garten ist terrassenförmig angelegt und eignet sich ideal zum Entspannen in der Sonne. Es stehen mehrere Stühle für die Gäste zur Verfügung sowie ein schattiger Essbereich für gesellige Mahlzeiten im Freien.
Schlafmöglichkeiten
Schlafzimmer 1: Dieses elegante Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, einen Kleiderschrank, eine Tür zur Terrasse und ein eigenes Bad.
Schlafzimmer 2: Ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Kleiderschrank.
Extra: Die beiden Sofas im Wohnzimmer lassen sich in zwei bequeme Doppelbetten umwandeln.

Badezimmer 1: Dieses Badezimmer gehört zum Hauptschlafzimmer und verfügt über eine große Badewanne, ein Waschbecken, ein Bidet und ein WC.
Badezimmer 2 & 3: Diese beiden gut ausgestatteten Badezimmer verfügen jeweils über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken, ein Bidet und ein WC.
Extra: Im Innenhof befindet sich eine Außendusche, ideal nach einem Tag am Strand.

Lage
Ganz gleich, ob Gäste die antike Vergangenheit Apuliens erkunden oder sich in der Sonne entspannen möchten – die Unterkunft befindet sich in äußerst günstiger Lage im Zentrum von Otranto. Dieser alte Hafenort ist bekannt für seine Burg, seine ausgezeichneten Restaurants und seinen lebhaften Yachthafen.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe einiger der schönsten Strände des Salento, darunter der Strand Mulino d’Acqua (7 Minuten), die Baia dei Turchi (11 Minuten) und die Badeklippen Faraglioni di Sant’Andrea (20 Minuten).
Etwas abseits der Küste können Besucher die Alimini-Seen genießen, die ein Paradies für Vogelbeobachter sind. Der Alimini Grande ist nur eine 15-minütige Autofahrt entfernt. Hier können Besucher wandern, picknicken und schwimmen oder Kanus mieten.
Für die Selbstverpflegung bietet der Wochenmarkt (mittwochs vormittags) die besten regionalen Zutaten zum Kochen zu Hause. Falls Sie den Markt verpassen sollten, gibt es in der Stadt mehrere Supermärkte.
Der nächstgelegene Flughafen befindet sich in Brindisi – 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

There was a family group of 5 staying at Fortino House ; Otranto. The house catered for 5 adequatley with my youngest daughter staying in the living room and using the pull out bed. The other two bedrooms were a very comfortable size. All furnishing and fittings were beautiful with ample wardrobe and cupboard space. The kitchen is well equipped and the rear patio area is very large with dining table and chairs and an outside shower which is very handy when returning from beach. The house is a 5 -10 minute walk to the old town and the main harbour and beach. Excellent location. Otranto is a beautiful area and the old town has many bars and restaurants. The sandy beaches near alumni lakes are beautiful and we spent 3 of our beach days at Coco Bay . The beach and sea in Otranto bay is also beautiful and safe . We met the owner ( Vincenzo) who was vey nice and happy to hear how our stay was going. The rear car park and space is very handy and makes access into the house very easy

Fabrizio met us and showed us around, thank you. Lots of space in the property and really very conveniently located for the old town & beaches. Had a small maintenance problem which was fixed very quickly on our first evening while we were out, very impressed! Otranto is a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of four adults and three children. The location is excellent; just a short walk to both the beach and the city center. Having two dedicated parking spots was a huge bonus and made everything so convenient. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower. It was an amazing extra and made a huge difference in our comfort after long days at the beach, allowing everyone to rinse off before heading inside. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Soddisfazione totale casa molto bella , molto pulita e totalmente in ordine . Grande abbastanza per sette persone. La descrizione è accurata ma le foto(belle) non rendono bene quanto vederla dal vivo !! La possibilità di parcheggiare due automobili , una in un box collegato all'appartamento e l'altra in un posto auto collegato ad un ingresso nello spazio esterno è impagabile quanto la distanza dal centro storico di Otranto e dalle varie spiagge della città . ringraziamo Vincenzo proprietario dell' immobile e gran signore e Fabrizio supporto dell' agenzia di Otranto per la loro celerità nel risolvere ed attrezzarsi ad una nostra richiesta

Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage in Otranto. Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut erreichbar. Zwei interne sichere Parkplätze und kostenlose Nutzung des örtlichen Busses waren sehr praktisch. Grosser & geschützter Außenbereich mit überdachtem Essplatz war für uns ein Highlight, ein gemütlicher Ort, an dem wir trotz der warmen Tage abends gerne und angenehm verweilten. Im Haus lässt sich hervorragend selbst kochen, dennoch gibt es in der Umgebung vielfältige Essensmöglichkeiten. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos, ist typisch italienisch dekoriert und ausgestattet. Ein Hinweis für Familien mit kleinen Kindern: die Treppe im Haus erfordert Aufmerksamkeit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft von Fabrizio (Happy-Rental) und vom Hausbesitzer. Beide jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Der Hausbesitzer hat uns persönlich eingewiesen, Wege gezeigt und mich sogar zum Arzt gefahren, damit ich den Weg für meinen späteren Termin kenne. Urlaub mit herzlicher Betreuung.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of four adults and three children.
