The place is really nice,,,very very clean,,,and the view is amazing,,,the master is on the first level with a beautiful bathroom,,,2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on next level with a beautiful huge bathroom,,,,only downside is that it is a good 30 minute walk into Menaggio,,,,,the kitchen is smaller than depicted in photos,,,,but still okay,,they have now got built in benches on deck instead of the table and chairs,,,,needs cushions,,,1 couch that sits 3 or otherwise you sit at dining room table,,,,but like I said,,,the view is amazing,,,we are out on the deck the whole time,,,,

Google maps tried more than once, taking us to a different location farther up the mountainside. The detailed checkin instructions and map coordinates came in handy to resolve. Once we caught on to the area we really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: 1. Spacious home with comfortable and clean rooms. Bathrooms nice and tidy 2. Amazing view from out the balcony to the lake 3. Right next to bus stop 10 which can take you to town (15 min walk) Cons: 1. Very little in kitchen amenities. Lack of dish soap, sponge, and paper towels. 2. Floors were dirty 3. AC intermittently worked but partially by design (shuts off when window is open) 4. Instructions for clothes washer not up to date 5. Need clearer instructions on how to locate apartment

Everything was ok until the washing machine broke. Did they let us know when it would be fixed? NO Did they let us know when the engineer would return? NO Did they offer to replace the linen and towels? NO Did they offer to help with any cleaning? NO Did they send us a picture of a nearby laundrette? YES

We did inform you more than once that we were waiting for this part to arrive, but unfortunately it did not arrive in time before your departure. As for the other comments, we would like to clarify that regular cleaning service is not included and is only available upon request, as stated in the property description. The place was nice and clean but the photos make the place look a lot bigger than it actually is. The front door took a little to find because it was in an alley which wasn't communicated to us. The location is a little far from Menaggio, probably a 20 minute walk.

Logement bien situé, à environ 20 minutes à pied de l'embarcadère pour Bellagio et autres destinations desservies en bateau. Logement facile à trouver grâce aux instructions reçues. Logement spacieux, bien entretenu, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, frigo, etc). Serviettes, draps de bain, matelas supplémentaires, couettes, oreillers, tout est en suffisance. Petit pack de bienvenue qui fait toujours plaisir également. De plus, les personnes qui s occupent de la gestion du logement sont réactives et répondent vite aux questions.

Séjour en famille pour visiter le lac de Côme et ses alentours. J’ai trouver au final le logement assez cher pour ce qu’il en est. De plus la lumière extérieur face à la porte d’entrée gêne considérablement le sommeil des personnes qui dorment sur le canapé ouvrant dans le salon. Sans parler de la lumière du premier étage qui est automatique ( doit fonctionner avec un détecteur de mouvement ) et qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement elle ne faisait que s’allumer s’éteindre c’était très pénible ! Le code du boîtier ( pour récupérer les clefs à l’arrivée ) qu’on m’a communiqué été erronée. J’ai mis 1h à avoir quelqu’un qui m’a communiquer le bon code c’est quand même inadmissible. J’étais en famille avec des enfants en bas âge dont un bébé. Enfin bref. Heureusement que l’extérieur, les villages voisins, les paysages et le lac nous on fait oublié ces soucis.

Beautiful apartment in great location. Directions were abominable. Told 100 meters after first tunnel, it was more like 1000 and 24 hour hot line was difficult due to language barriers. Late May was exceptionally cold and we could have used heat but could not turn on as instructions were inaccessible and all phone calls made were not responded to. Even an e mail went unanswered until we went to the office the next day. However, that Aside I would stay there again as the views were excellent , the location perfect. Close proximity to cycling opportunities, food (markets and restaurants) Bellagio and Lugano. Overall a great place to stay but learn a few things first.

De vakantiewoning lijkt groter en beter in orde op de foto's. De bedden zijn niet top en bepaalde kleine vernieuwingen van meubilair, ook op het terras, zouden het zoveel beter kunnen maken. De locatie is goed, met zicht op het meer, al is het terras klein. De wandeling naar Menaggio is fijn en het Comomeer is prachtig.

J’étais en famille avec des enfants en bas âge dont un bébé. Enfin bref. Heureusement que l’extérieur, les villages voisins, les paysages et le lac nous on fait oublié ces soucis.

Beautiful apartment in great location. Directions were abominable. Told 100 meters after first tunnel, it was more like 1000 and 24 hour hot line was difficult due to language barriers. Late May was exceptionally cold and we could have used heat but could not turn on as instructions were inaccessible and all phone calls made were not responded to. Even an e mail went unanswered until we went to the office the next day. However, that Aside I would stay there again as the views were excellent , the location perfect. Close proximity to cycling opportunities, food (markets and restaurants) Bellagio and Lugano. Overall a great place to stay but learn a few things first.

The location was amazing. The view from the terrace, overlooking the lake, was stunning and the house generally was really nice.

It was a decent sized property which was good enough for the 4 of us. I’m not sure how 8 people would fit as we’d be all over each other. Good location and lovely views of the lake which we enjoyed every day.

Ruim huis, 2 badkamers is een plus. Goede airconditioning. Voldoende parkeerplek. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit huis en vanaf het balkon. Geen lawaai overlast maar een mooie, rustige plek.

De vakantiewoning lijkt groter en beter in orde op de foto's. De bedden zijn niet top en bepaalde kleine vernieuwingen van meubilair, ook op het terras, zouden het zoveel beter kunnen maken. De locatie is goed, met zicht op het meer, al is het terras klein. De wandeling naar Menaggio is fijn en het Comomeer is prachtig.
