Nice and clean apartment fully equipped. A quiet place close to the city and the harbour. We loved the view from the balcony and the pool. Easy information regarding check-in and check-out. We will truly recommend.

Geweldig mooi gelegen appartement. Het uitzicht over het Comomeer blijft adembenemend. Het appartement heeft een woonkamer, badkamer en twee slaapkamers. Het is schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken zoals een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Onder het appartement liggen de garageboxen waar je de auto in de prive garagebox kunt parkeren. Argegno is een schilderachtig dorpje met verschillende restaurants. Een aanrader is het huren van een boot met 40pk buitenboordmotor voor een dagje op het water. Wij hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad en zullen zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

Das Appartement hat Erwartungen erfüllt wie beschrieben. Alle Räume sind sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht und brauchen könnte. Die Betten sind bequem und auch die Ruheplätze auf der Terrasse dienen der Erholung. Das Parkhaus im Kellergeschoss ist sehr praktisch zum Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks auch bei schlechtem Wetter und die abschliessbare Garage bieten ein Gefühl der Sicherheit. Der mindestens 180° Ausblick von Terrasse und Pool ist mehr als ein Genuss und lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Der Ortskern von Argegno ist zu Fuss in ca. einer halben Stunde zu erreichen, wo sich auch sehr schöne, stark besuchte, Restaurants befinden. Die Schiffsanlegestelle ist ideal für Ausflüge auf und um den See. Insgesamt konnten wir den Aufenthalt sehr genießen und möchten uns noch für die gute Reisebegleitung per Mail bedanken.

Wow!! The views from the apartment were unbelievably gorgeous! The balcony was big and overlooked the water. The beds were comfortable and there was a washer to get our clothes clean. The management gave detailed directions on arrival procedures. I would recommend printing them out before you leave so you have them handy. The little town is so sweet. The food was delicious and it has a ferry stop. I highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment!

There is so much to love about this place! For starters, the view is unbeatable....we loved sitting out on the patio for our morning coffee and evening wine. The space was perfect for our family of 4. We loved being in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas. Yet, it was nice that we could make the short walk down through the charming stairs and alleys to get coffee, meals and take the ferry boat to other villages. AND the welcome package was so nice!! We stay all over the world and have not received a nice box of goodies like that before. Communication was also easy. We would be happy to stay here again!

It was great surprise to get welcome kit (snack, wine inside). The view from bedroom is amazing, perfect big balcony with furniture. Nice garage where we park our car. Really good instruction how to get to the property. Recomend this place 100%.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche hier in Argegno. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Über die Treppen erreicht man ohne Probleme das Dorfzentrum. Von hieraus kann man Ausflüge mit dem Boot nach Bellagio oder Varenna unternehmen oder per Bus nach Lenno und Menaggio fahren aber auch mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Como. Rundum ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!

July 2017 We have been visiting Residence Degli Oleandri for the third year in a row and as always the appartment, the building, swimmingpool and the area meet our expectations. And this is the third appartment in the Residence we get, out of different reasons. The most exciting is as always the wiew over Lake Como. It is spectacular. This time we went walking for quit a bit in the area. We had one wonderful walk in the area between Lake Como and Lake Lugano, from Pigra to Alpe di Colonno over the "mountains" back to Pigra. And we tried the "Greenway del Lago". Nice walk. I also use the area for cyling every year. It is steep, but it works. Thank you for your service, and probably we will rent again next year. Parkeren in garage was top. Uitzicht adembenemend! Het loopje naar het dorpje leuk door de kleine straatjes en tuintjes. Terug misschien wat stijl hier en daar. Restaurants dikke prima. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

The view from the balcony was great The apt was comfortable, but as we did not have your email instructions when we arrived, we had some difficulty finding the building The garage was very tight for our medium sized hire car, and as I could not get in the second day, we left it in the garage space Disappointed to find there were no essential things such as salt , pepper etc provided. All six of the other apts we have visited on this trip have always provided these things Enjoyed swimming in the pool, although the weather not very conducive to much swimming

The view was always stunning, even when enduring a thunderstorm The apartment was comfortable, but no kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil were provided The parking bay in the underground garage was very tight for our medium sized hire car The check in process was well described in an email which we were unable to receive re the poor internet at our previous stay in Cortina. There were 8 key boxes, none labelled, so had to go through each one till we found the right one A beautiful spot, but needs some attention to detail from the managers

The view was everything for this rental! Overall everything was great. Argegno was a great little town and it was convenient to have the ferry. We had some issues accessing the keys as the box wasn’t labeled. And, I hope you are a morning person. The bedroom faces the sunrise which is stunning, but the sheer shades were not enough to block out the sunlight coming in which made for early and hot mornings in the bedroom.

We spent wonderful days at the Lake Como. The apartment is very nice furnished. The kitchen is good equipped with an induction cooker. You can walk down to Argegno by taking the steps and you will find there bakeries, mini markets and all kind of restaurants and bars. On Monday morning we recommend the market in Argegno in front of the shipping pier. It is nice to have a own car garage in the building. The pool is refreshing cool. Argegno is a good starting point to discover Lake Como: Mailand is an hour drive away, you can get to Como, Bellagio, Menaggio.... by bus or ship. Unfortuantely, the construction site of a new building behind our building was quiet annoying early in the morning and the street in front of the apartment up to Schignano turned out to be a bit noisy day and night. All in all we can recommend the apartment and now back home we miss the breathtaking view over Lake Como!

Bel endroit pour séjourner en famille à cette période de l'année ! Très peu de circulation, il y a une route juste en dessous de la résidence. Le seul bémol, la résidence est construite en béton et est très sonore ! Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et nous étions seuls dans la résidence pendant 2 nuits. Nous avons eu des voisins qui ont parlé toute une nuit, c'est comme s'ils étaient dans la pièce d'à côté ! Dommage... car l'endroit est magnifique...

We had a lovely stay in Argegno, the apartment's view was beautiful and the town enchanting. The welcome box you provide was very much appreciated as we arrived after the shops had shut. The bottle of wine provided was delicious and having everything needed for breakfast the next morning was fantastic!! You provided before our arrival a very good guide about the area but we feel the one thing that would have been very useful was a guide to the food shopping in the area eg the fact that the Argegno shops are small providing very basic supplies and opening hours a little haphazard and it would have been great to know in advance that Lenno had a good well stocked supermarket and an easy bus journey away! We also very much appreciated the support of the team when we did have a small problem which was resolved very quickly. We would happily recommend your company and the stunning Italian Lakes to anyone. Thank you.

Toller Ausblick, schönes Schwimmbad, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Leider bis auf das Wochenende viel Lärm wegen der Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft. Zudem wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, keine Wanderwege und kein geeigneter Seezugang. Zudem war die Bahn auf den Berg nicht in Betrieb.

Der Urlaub hat uns bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr gut gefallen. Der Blick auf den See ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der Balkon für 4 Personen gut ausreichend. Aufgrund der Lage ist der Balkon ab circa 13 Uhr schattig. Am Pool ist die Sonne noch bis 16 Uhr. Am See baden gehen ist auf dieser Seite des Sees nicht optimal, in Argegno nur über ein Strandbad möglich, aber auch hier ist der Seezugang nicht besonders. Wir waren mit dem Pool ausreichend versorgt. Einkaufen kann man nur in zwei kleinen Läden, die aber kaum Fleisch und Obst haben. Der Markt am Montag hat sehr gutes Obst und Gemüse und einen hervorragenden Käsestand. Die Bierpreise in der Pizzeria sind mit 8 EUR für 0,33 Liter unverschämt teuer. Von Argegno fahren Schnellboote und Dampfer in beide Richtungen. Como ist ein Ausflug wert, wir waren auch noch mit dem Schiff bis Melaggio unterwegs. Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Leider verfügt Argegno über keine lange Strandpromenade und auch Wanderungen sind nur sehr begrenzt, und wenn dann auf sehr steilem Gelände möglich, hier haben wir uns mehr versprochen. Die Bahn fährt seit über einem Jahr nicht mehr.

The appartement was extremely clean and the view on the lake is stunning. The location is nice, close to main touristic areas. Kitchen equipment is more than enough to cook. Only drawback is that the appartment is a bit cold even with the heater on, mainly because the floor is cold as the garage is just downstairs.

We stayed for 5 nights in this apartment, and we would love to go back anytime. The view is just incredible! One of the most beautifull lakes we've ever seen. The apartment had all we asked for. We were just with the 2 of us, but you could easily stay with 4 people. Argegno was wonderfull too. We found a small bakery where we got our bread in the morning. We had diner at 2 of the restaurants on main square which was very nice. We took the gondola up to the small town of Pigra and hiked all the way back to Argegno. Our trip to Bellagio with the ferry was awesome. The constant change of scenery cost us a few gigabytes of photos. Another tip is to drive up to Lenno and visit villa Balbionello, we took the tour through the villa. Which was more like a museum with secret passageways thanks to it's last wealthy owner.

We had a fabulous holiday in Argregno and the apartment was superb. The view from the apartment was just breath taking and we didn't want to leave. The facilities in the apartment were fantastic - the only thing we missed was a full length mirror. Otherwise the apartment was faultless. Our favourite restaurant was Risorante Barchetta in Argregno with a good few gorgeous Gelatos bought from Zoe's. The directions and instructions we received from yourselves were clear, easy to follow and made our arrival hassle free. During our time at Lake Como we visited Ossuccio, Lenno, Menaggi, Bellagio and Cernobbio. We went up the Funicular to Pigra and visited Isola Comacina. Quite a busy week. We used both Ferry and hired a speed boat. Our family had an amazing holiday, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, we honestly didn't warn to leave. We would certainly love to go back and have recommended the area etc to family and friends. Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable and enjoyable. Warmest wishes and best regards.

The balcony is exceptional, with a world class view. The size and layout of the apartment is excellent. There is ample parking for those with cars. The swimming pool area is great. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. Communication is very good. The location is great, if you are fit and well and can cope with steep slopes. Argegno is beautiful. The washing machine, this turned out to be vital (see below)!
