The apartment is a decent ways up the mountain, so finding it the first time can be difficult even with the very detailed and helpful instructions provided by the host. I don't think the instructions could be any better, it's just hard to navigate the tight roads the first time you go up. Once you know where it is located, it becomes much easier. The view of the lake is great. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets that we got to experience.

We can’t wait to be back! Excellent location, with beautiful views of Lake Como, easy accessibility via ferry to the other towns, and the actual spacious Villa felt like a home away from home tucked in a lovely, well-kept Italian Lakeside neighborhood.

Lovely villa with everything you might need. Very comfortable for 6 people Communication from LCH was excellent and directions to the villa were very good Villa is a long way up the hill - too far to walk to the lakes and bars/ restaurants - so a car is essential. But a very good location for Mennagio and ferries to Varenna and Bellagio.

This place is a little gem - much nicer than the photos make it look. It’s all really new and spotlessly clean. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms with a balcony. The large doors to the garden were great for moving in and out easily and the pool isn’t as small as it seems. Beautiful view over the lake particularly from the balcony. Host company was responsive and helpful and provided detailed guidance on how to get there as the road isn’t on google maps (tip - use villa mirage as a waypoint on the map as it’s just by there). Would really recommend!

Mooie ligging met uitzicht op het meer (de 15min klim te voet moet je er wel bij nemen).Het was er zeer proper. Leuk klein zwembad, lijkt weliswaar niet verwarmd. De villa heeft alles om een topper te zijn waren er niet de nadelen (zie later). De firma die de villa verhuurt als tussenpersoon reageert zeer snel en adequaat bij problemen, ook in het weekend ( en dat was nodig, zie nadelen). Goede bedden.

We appreciated the quick and adequate response of your firm. As indicated in my review on booking, there were several things broken or missing. What I forgot to mention there is that the wifi is absolutely lousy and to be improved.

Helles, voll ausgestattetes Haus, sauber, hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Sehr einfaches und unkompliziertes Handling, problemloser check in und check out. Tolle Seaview vom Obergeschoss, schöne Terrassen im Erdgeschoss und im OG (allerdings beide von Nachbarn einsehbar). Danke für alles, wir kommen gern wieder! Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde🤩.

Very nice, modern and beautiful house, easy check in and very good explanations in the instructions provided. However, we were 6 in the house and there was not enough cooking devices. But overall, very good experience.
