It is a cozy chalet walking distance from Prarion Cablecar stop, so you can park your car at the complex while you are going ski. It has a ski locker at the first floor, so you can keep your room not wet with snow.

We stayed for 5 days in Les Houches and the Chamonix area. We spend our time visiting the astonishing sights in the area. Obviously we when to the Aiguille du Midi, the "top of Europe", we visited the Gorges of Diasaz and also went hiking in the area of Le Buet. The view of the Mont Blanc Massif was stunning! The apartment was small but as described. I would recommend Duran's place and Les Houches to anyone visiting the area!

Il faut être clair: c’est une agence qui gère cet appartement, la communication est donc froide et fonctionnelle, nous n’en avons pas été satisfait surtout que nous n’avions pas les bons codes de la piscine. Le logement est livré avec une seule pastille de lave vaisselle, résultat de nombreux plats mis à disposition sont gras et mal lavés. Il n’y a ni café ni huile d’olive ni poivre ni sucre. C’est le strict minimum. La literie est catastrophique; nous avons très mal dormi et les matelas sont usés. Globalement on sent que l’appartement est usé: patère qui se décroche, la barre de cuisine se décroche en permanence. Pour nous le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas du tout surtout en été. Après il y a du positif: vue superbe, résidence plutôt en bon état, beaucoup de balades à faire dans le coin, l’appartement est bien situé. Le ménage de début de séjour était correct, les draps étaient propres. Pour des vacances de ski c’est ok que ce soit l’usine mais en été c’est non.

Logement bien situé Mais le ménage laisse à désirer. Lors de notre arrivée, les codes d’accès étaient erronés (portail appartement et piscine) Par ailleurs le chauffe eau n’était pas fonctionnel jusqu’au lendemain et le technicien envoyé le jour de l’arrivée n’était pas en mesure de trouver le chauffe eau et son intervention était inutile.

The chalet is right along the ski trail for Les Houches. If the weather had been normal, we could have skied in and out of of the front door! There are multiple ski rental companies right down the hill from the chalet in Le Prarion. There was tons of hot water!!! The pool (once we tracked down the correct code) was great for the kiddos. The chalet was cozy and the views out the living room window are incredible.

Lors de notre arrivée, les codes d’accès étaient erronés (portail appartement et piscine) Par ailleurs le chauffe eau n’était pas fonctionnel jusqu’au lendemain et le technicien envoyé le jour de l’arrivée n’était pas en mesure de trouver le chauffe eau et son intervention était inutile.

The chalet is right along the ski trail for Les Houches. If the weather had been normal, we could have skied in and out of of the front door! There are multiple ski rental companies right down the hill from the chalet in Le Prarion. There was tons of hot water!!! The pool (once we tracked down the correct code) was great for the kiddos. The chalet was cozy and the views out the living room window are incredible.
