Our stay at Balcone di Perledo was truly a pleasure! First of all, we were amazed by the incredible view of the lake and mountains – you can admire a breathtaking panorama right from the balcony. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, which made us feel at home. The location is excellent – close to the main attractions of the region, as well as shops and restaurants. Another big advantage is the peaceful surroundings, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Communication with the owner was smooth, and the check-in process was quick and easy. We definitely recommend Balcone di Perledo to anyone looking for a unique place with beautiful views over Lake Como!

The highlight of the apartment was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the balcony. Another aspect that impressed me was the excellent communication with the host. From the moment I made the booking until the end of my stay, the host was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They provided clear instructions and were readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. The apartment itself was tidy and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One thing to note is that the apartment is located on a hill, which means it takes about an hour by foot to reach Varenna center. While this may be a consideration for some, we personally enjoyed the scenic walk, as it allowed us to appreciate the beauty of the area even more.

Definetely one of the best places to stay by the Como Lake 😁 The apartament will be perfect for the group of friends. The arrival is simple, even if you don't have a car- trains from Milano/Bergamo goes to Varenna about 1 hour. From Varenna to Perledo there are some buses, but the important thing is that they don't go on Sundays, but then by the station the taxi is available(one pick-up cost about 30 euros). About the apartament- the rooms are fresh, everything is clean and seems to be clearly new(the bedclothes, dishes and the furniture). Contact with the owner is very quick, we got answers on every question in max. 1 hour. I strongly recommend and have much hope that we could come back here in the future 😁

Incredible view , nice apartment , decent facilities, BUT the car park is an absolute nightmare. Speaking to some of the permanent residents , every car ends up scratched or scuffed. Road up to the apartment is windy but worth it for the views.

Overall, great value. Plenty of space, linens, kitchen essentials and amazing views from small balcony. Our stay was pleasant, no issues. Water pressure in shower drops if kitchen faucet is used, so need to coordinate. The entrance for parking is quite narrow so if you have a larger car, it takes some skill to get in and out. Also, it’s quite up high, with winding roads, so nighttime driving should be avoided. That said, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the welcome box, we liked the extra touches to provide tea/snacks and wine.

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet, man kann sich bestimmt auch gut mit mehreren darin aufhalten. Die Blick ist genauso phänomenal wie auf dem Foto. Die Lage jedoch ist sehr abgelegen, sodass man entweder immer das Auto nehmen oder sehr gut zu Fuß sein muss. An die enge Straße hinauf haben wir uns gut gewöhnt, leider gilt das nicht für die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz, für die ich mit großen Wagen nur abraten kann.

Die Lage und Umgebung waren ansprechend, und die Nähe zum Zentrum von Varenna ist praktisch. Außer der Bergweg zu Fuß war etwas weit. Mit dem Auto zu fahren ist definitiv sicherer, würde ich auch empfehlen….insgesamt war sehr schön:)

A little complicated because I had not received the instructions so I was waiting to be sent them, then the instructions said to go down two flights of stairs but it was only one so it was confusing

Appartement lumineux et très agréable. La vue de la terrasse est juste magnifique !! Le petit colis d'accueil avec quelques produits de démarrage a été très apprécié.

Beautiful location with great view of the lake, clean and spacious property. However, accuracy of the booking needs editing. This property is inaccessible without a car, due to the distance from Varenna, the driveway is very steep and incredibly narrow, making it very difficult with our family sized 5 seater car. Upon arrival, when using more than one electrical appliance we had multiple power outages. The out of hours phone numbers provided were unreachable, and we were only able to temporarily fix the circuit thanks to the help of a neighbour. We were later told that this was a known unsolvable issue. When needing to use the oven, we were unable to have any other appliances on (including lights)! Also as said in the listing there are 4 beds, and one sofa bed. As a group of 5, only 4 bedding sets were provided. Ultimately, this is a beautiful property and location, but these issues must be made known before booking, if not already fixed.
