avec grandes baies vitrées et balcon, et vue sur les montagnes 
et la ville. -Appartement meublé avec goût.
Immeuble très récent et , très bonne literie.
 - Le triple vitrage assure une excellente isolation phonique.
 - Place de parc privée au sous-sol de l’immeuble.
 - Et, cerise sur le gâteau, une bouteille de Prosecco comme cadeau de bienvenue.
 - Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement et me réjouis de mes futurs séjours à Lugano.
 - Le staff de Happy Rentals est très sympathique et à l'écoute de vos souhaits.

The property is very clean. Everything is very organized, the view is beautiful and stunning. The only thing missing is that some basic items were not provided. For example, even though the unit has coffee machine and laundry, there is no coffee pod nor any washing detergent. So unless you happen to have some in your suitcase, these amenities are not usable.

lokalizacja doskonała! Bardzo blisko do funiculaire San Salvadore, tuż obok przystani, sklepów, restauracji. Duży, świetnie wyposażony, przestronny apartament, widok z olbrzymich okien i balkonu na góry zachwycający! aneks kuchenny z ekspresami do kawy (przelewowy i do nespresso), zmywarką, piekarnikiem itd super! Bardzo wygodne łóżko, pralka i suszarka bardzo przydatne, zwłaszcza w dłuższej podróży. Bez problemu odbiór kluczy, wprawdzie nie korzystałam (leciałam samolotem), ale było też miejsce parkingowe! SUPER!

Die Wohnung in Paradiso ist wunderbar. Der erste Eindruck war einfach wow! Tiptop sauber mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet und einer super Aussicht aus den tollen Panoramafenstern. Der Begrüssungs-Prosecco hat uns sehr gefreut, leider gab es weder Prosecco- noch Weingläser somit haben wir 3 Prosecco-Gläser gekauft und gleich in der Wohnung gelassen. Ebenfalls suchten wir vergebens nach einem Brot- oder Gemüseschneidbrett. Das hat unsere Ferienwoche aber keinesfalls beeinträchtigt, wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Unsere Ausflüge führten uns u. A. ins malerische Städtchen Morcote, auf den Monte Brè und zu Fuss auch in das nahe Lugano. Diese Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie Busstationen befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Erwähnenswert ist auch die sehr gute Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung sowie die unkomplizierte Schlüssel-Entgegennahme mit dem zugesandten Code, alles hat einwandfrei geklappt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung in Lugano Paradiso. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick zu den Tessiner Bergen aus den wunderbaren Panoramafenstern ist herrlich. Einzig die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich. ZB. ein Brot-und Gemüseschneidebrett sowie Wein- und Proseccogläser fehlen. Erst recht wenn eine Flasche Prosecco zum Empfang im Kühlschrank steht, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Diese Ferienwohnung ist aber trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, wir kämen wieder!

موقع الشقة ممتاز قريب من بحيرة لوغانو والسنتر - الشقة عصرية ونظيفة-يوجد سوير ماركت ومحطة باص قريبة جداً- مطعم بيروت علي بعد خطوات قليلة- سهولة الوصول للشقة بإرسال ايميل به جميع التعليمات للدخول والخروج بكل سلاله

The apartment building is very nice and modern, one apartment per floor and I think two of the five apartments are used as offices, so the building is very quiet. This apartment is on the top floor - very nice! Private secure garage was a great benefit for this central location. Accessing the keys in a lockbox was simple. The apartment is very large and has two bedrooms, large living room and large dining room. All rooms except bathroom and 2nd bedroom do NOT have air-conditioning. Kitchen was strangely too small but good enough for me. Private laundry was a nice benefit. I ended up spending much of my time on the balcony, enjoying the city and mountain views. TV was large and has many channels in many languages and I was able to connect my Google Chromecast. WIFI works well. Air Conditioning was excellent, bed was okay. Shutters on the windows and doors provided excellent darkness during the morning. The waterfront is an easy 10 minute walk and groceries are across the street.

Das Appartement ist modern und in einer sehr guten Lage, Migros und Denner sind gleich ums Eck, Restaurants sind in der nähe, der See und der ÖV. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat soweit alles was man braucht.

Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Die Wohnung hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen.Sie hat wirklich alles, was man braucht, ist sehr gepflegt, sauber, komfortabel. Die Aussicht ist toll, die Lage ideal, und ein großer Vorteil ist der sichere Parkplatz. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
