Incredibly convenient & well located for the Chamonix bus station & the Midi lift, with a spar and a few good pubs nearby. Key collection and instructions provided were particularly clear, convenient and easy - with key boxes provided and the host was really responsive on w^h^atsapp. The flat itself was basic but clean and very functional. Perfect for a skiing or moutnaineering holiday when you just need somewhere clean, easy and convenient to crash after being out all day!

très bon logement très bonne accueil et à l'écoute le seul petit soucis embêtant , c'était le bagage parking car pour rentrer dans le l'autre logement il fallait attendre que quelqu'un sorte pour rentrer pour accéder au parking à pied, sinon rien à dire

I loved it here and was sad to leave. The apartment is very private and the balcony faces on to a breathtaking view of the mountains, with the river Arve flowing directly in front and the Aguille Du Midi Train station. Great communication from the hosts and team. Everything was provided even little bottles of washing up liquid. The apartment is great for skiers or boarders with a lift, ski rentals nearby and bus stations which take you to the Brevent Cable car, Les Houches, Les Tours and Grand Montets. Also a little tip - the train journey if going to Les Tours is much more peaceful and scenic. Overall a fantastic find and one I will be revisiting without question.

La ubicación es inmejorable, las vistas a la montaña, balcón con mesita, se puede ver y escuchar el río que corre en frente. Pudimos hacer check in antes porque nuestra habitación estaba lista eso sumo muchísimo a nuestra estadía en Chamonix. Otra cosa a destacar es que hay frigobar, anafe y microondas lo cuál te salva de pagar los precios desorbitados de los restaurantes

Nice place in the center of town. Very close to everything. Fairly clean and with amenities as listed in the description. Would recommend to someone who doesn’t need a lot of space. It worked for us as we were spending most of time in the mountains.

The flat is in an excellent location. Listening to the sound of the river from there was the highlight of the stay. The balcony was perfect. I was worried about the bed as it is a sofa bed but it was very comfortable. It is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures and would improve the cleanliness a bit, but everything was great.

The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected for that price, the first night was very noisy but the rest was OK excluding the river that sounded like heavy rain, Anyway it was clean and in the center of the town so I recommend it. thanks!

Unfortunately, I was unable to give this airbnb 5 starts, positives: it was fairly clean, location wad handy, nice view from balcony, parking negatives: the wifi wasn't working when I first arrived, I emailed the host but she gave me a number to call which wouldn't connect. I went without wifi for the evening. The next morning I had no electricity in the apartment.... I tried phoning the number again with no luck, so messaged the host again she said she cannot help. When booking through airbnb you expect the host to help you, this was not the case. I luckily found someone in the office of the company a few hours later who helped sort it out. I tried to plug the coffee machine in and it exploded, When I first arrived I followed the instructions to go to the office, the person in there was not welcoming and said i should have read instructions which show the keys are in the box outside the office... weird way to greet a guest. (instructions said the box was for late arrivals only)

Unfortunately this airbnb was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Despite the staff trying to make our stay more welcoming, they’re were a lot of issues. Upon arrival we had to request cleaners to fix our room as it was a state. Mould on the walls, stained radiator, ripped sheets. Thankfully I’d taken photos to show the staff, they gave us another hour to wait so cleaning could be done correctly. The room looks far better in the photos be we tried to make do. Unfortunately the people living in the building can only be described as disgusting. Blood stains in the elevator. Wet ripped up cigarettes on the floor. A constant stench of cigarettes that entered our room every day. We were woken up daily at 6am by people shouting loudly and singing. The pillows were so bad that I gained a neck injury from sleeping so poorly. Staff explained they had no other pillows. The £88 cleaning fee really is robbery as I had to ask for my room to be cleaned further. Bad value for money. Good location 2/5
