Un apartamento pequeño pero muy bien distribuído a pie de pistas en Grand Montets. Cumple con todo lo que dice la descripción y caben hasta cuatro personas. Tiene un sofá cama muy cómodo y una litera. Volvería sin dudas.

Great location, right next to the gondola and ski rental shops making it a great base for a ski holiday. Accomodation is small, but has everything you need - great for a short ski break. Gorgeous scenery around you and from the balcony.

Prices around Chamonix are crazy, but defining budget-friendly a place for 150€ a night is a bit of an exaggeration. I guess in winter the proximity to the skilift adds up, but in summer is no better then other cheaper and bigger alternatives. The apartment is very small with the sofa-bed opened, but it's enough for living a few days. The view from the big window is definitely a big plus. The kitchen was lacking basic things like oil for cooking and even salt, which was quite disappointing. The "retrò-stile" toilet is just old, and perhaps in need of some maintenance in the shower. The lack of WiFi in 2025, even if specified in the details, is hardly acceptable, especially given the fact that the agency operates other apartments in the same building. And lastly, having to go to the office (10 mins away by foot) to take the key out of the code-box adds a bother, especially when you're supposed to do it at the checkout as well.

Thank you for your review. While we respect your opinion, we’d like to clarify a few points. Our apartment is priced fairly considering its prime location near the lift, even off-season. The size is clearly shown in photos, and many guests find it perfectly functional for short stays. We do not provide cooking ingredients or cleaning supplies. The "retrò-style" bathroom is part of the apartment’s charm, though fully functional. WiFi availability is also clearly noted, and key collection is standard for secure check-in.

Le cadre et le site sont top, la location est bien placée mais y a quelques petits details moyen comme un pommeau de douche dans le lavabo de la salle de bain, l eau chaude qui met du temps à venir, la plaque de cuisson qui est lente à chauffer sans parler de la rembarde du balcon qui tient moyennement bien !!

Very accessible to the GM lift station and bus stop. Decent amount of space and beds were ok. Bit cramped in the hallway with the bunk beds but they do fold up when not in use.

Prices around Chamonix are crazy, but defining budget-friendly a place for 150€ a night is a bit of an exaggeration. I guess in winter the proximity to the skilift adds up, but in summer is no better then other cheaper and bigger alternatives. The apartment is very small with the sofa-bed opened, but it's enough for living a few days. The view from the big window is definitely a big plus. The kitchen was lacking basic things like oil for cooking and even salt, which was quite disappointing. The "retrò-stile" toilet is just old, and perhaps in need of some maintenance in the shower. The lack of WiFi in 2025, even if specified in the details, is hardly acceptable, especially given the fact that the agency operates other apartments in the same building. And lastly, having to go to the office (10 mins away by foot) to take the key out of the code-box adds a bother, especially when you're supposed to do it at the checkout as well.

Thank you for your review. While we respect your opinion, we’d like to clarify a few points. Our apartment is priced fairly considering its prime location near the lift, even off-season. The size is clearly shown in photos, and many guests find it perfectly functional for short stays. We do not provide cooking ingredients or cleaning supplies. The "retrò-style" bathroom is part of the apartment’s charm, though fully functional. WiFi availability is also clearly noted, and key collection is standard for secure check-in.

Le cadre et le site sont top, la location est bien placée mais y a quelques petits details moyen comme un pommeau de douche dans le lavabo de la salle de bain, l eau chaude qui met du temps à venir, la plaque de cuisson qui est lente à chauffer sans parler de la rembarde du balcon qui tient moyennement bien !!

Very accessible to the GM lift station and bus stop. Decent amount of space and beds were ok. Bit cramped in the hallway with the bunk beds but they do fold up when not in use.
